OOC-Hello. I have a question. I read about Questers' thread on too many marriage threads but I would like to know if a thread about Royal births (The birth of a prince or princess) is ok to do on I.I. Is it? If some people can tell me, it would be appreciated. I plan for the Emperor and Empress to have another child for a thread I may create.

Well, first off, a relationship/marriage RP isn't against the rules. It's just that some people are getting tired of them. Since I haven't seen a birth RP in my time here, I imagine that even that shouldn't apply. Go for it.
