A man named Dr. Paul Knoffster, a former weapons reseacher who had strong ties to Nazi groups, was leaving Brydog for a island nation called Reparte. He had a suitcase with him. He arrived at the airport, and boarded the plane with thre suitcase. He made sure, nobody would know it's contents.

The island was a small republic that was given it's freedom from a evil dicator. Dr. Knoffster was to help him regain power. He walked to a park and left the suitcase. He knew what would happen when the bomb went off. He boarded a boat to visit the nearby island.
