Location: Gurzuf, Wilhelmsborough
The guard stood in shock as the Goddess of Night fountain was ripped out of the ground. A large helicopter flying low to the ground raised the fountain into the air.
And that's when he saw her.
There, perched on top of the highest figure was a woman. She wore a flowing red trenchcoat with a matching red fedora hat from which flowed long dark hair.
This woman was the world's greatest stealer of rare antiquities and valuble items. She was...Carmen Sandiego.
Cursing, the guard reached for his gun and pointed it at the woman. But then a terrible thought came to mind. What if he damaged the fountain? What if he stopped the thieves but in the process caused the Goddess of Night fountain to fall to the ground?
The guard didn't want to take that risk. He lowered his pistol and looked on helplessly as the great fountain was raised into the air.
Sandiego saw the guard. She smiled and tipped her hat towards the him as the bottom of the helicopter closed.

Nations of the world, the Principality of Wilhelmsborough needs your help! 24 hours ago, the world reknowned thief Carmen Sandiego stole the Goddess of Night fountain from the town of Gurzuf located on the southern coast of the Crimean Peninsula.
Sandiego evaded our attempts of capture and escaped out of our sight. She has been spotted heading north into the old Ukraine regions.
We need the world's help in retriving the fountain and capturing Ms. Sandiego. She has to be stopped! If she can rip a large fountain out from the ground, then who knows what she'll steal next! She might even come after the treasures in your countries as well!
