"and this one, Minister," the man pushed another photograph across the desk. The Minister chuckled.
"They really are scraping the barrel here. Soviet style military parades, flag-burnings... one would almost think they had any actual military clout or significance." The Minister picked up a picture showing a Questerian flag being ceremonally burnt. "Quite extraordinary. Well, I doubt they will prove dangerous. Afterall, their military has been essentially dismantled."
"Yes, Minister. In the absense of any real foreign investment and considerable permanent reparations to Questers, their economy doesn't look to be in too good a shape either." He frowned, looking at a picture of a decrepit-looking missile.
"Still, all this talk of burning poor King William... I certainly hope that this will not provoke another wasteful war," the Minister frowned, "I doubt that the Questerians will be so generous with the Hatarians' surrender terms next time. Can't blame them really."

Russian Forces was a player who kinda left in early 05 who used excessive pictures and is pretty well known for huge, 56k breaking images.
