1) Your RP'ing is shit. I could, if I had any desire to watch some of the big boys here rape me until I bled and cried, and then keep going, do something along these lines and yet have better RP. I mean, the basic concept is workable - some kind of ethnic cleansing, genocide, whatever. It's happened before. But it really helps if your writing isn't the same kind of 'n00b' shit that we see *every fucking day* here, devoid of any real substance.
2) I can think of at least one nation right now, currently engaged in a large-scale (well-written, too) war, that I believe is predominantly negroid.

I also advise the OP against any "ethnic cleansing". My own nation is mostly dark-skinned, it has you hopelessly outclassed both in numbers and in Defense Budget, and my people don't like racists. And, as the prior posts show, I'm not alone.
