Greetings, I am Major General Bang and I command the Empire of Firo, this message concerns all Dictators. Since I just took power with the revolution that occured recently, my country lost a big part of the military power it used to have and the group of rebel terrorist F.L.F (Firo Liberation Front) commited yesterday a direct attack on the state by killing one of my General (Brigadier General James Edwards Hunt) our armed force is overwelmed with protestors and terrorist attacks. I am willing the make an alliance with any other Dictator that can help me rebuild my nation and impose my autorithy on my citizens. What is left of my army will be at your disposal.

I have bad news, I received this video send by the F.L.F: "In the name of freedom these two men will die -pow- -pow- you have betrayed us Major General Bang and don't worry we will get you." the worst it that they attempted to assassinate me this morning, I canceled a public speech I planned, and when my car was took out by my butler, it exploded killing him on the spot, this attack was planned on me and I fear others to come, I am not safe in my on country and for now I have to leave this nation untill the F.L.F. is neutrelized. It will highly affect they organisation if there leader was killed, he is known in the name of "The shadow bomber" by his pairs, we have no picture of him, but he will be very well protected. I offer a reward of 10 pounds of pure gold to anyone who can bring him dead or alive to me. This will take me one step further form imposing my total power on my peopole let them forget any other idea of freedom, they will have to accept me as they supreme ruler.
