Alright, the premise of this RP is really simple but I’m looking for some good character RPs and nice battle scenes.

The Story so far:

Shortly before the battle on Geonosis can take place, Count Dooku, with the hope of becoming the sole Sith Lord in the galaxy, betrays Darth Sidious on Coruscant and attempts to kill him. The Jedi initially come to the aid of the Chancellor, but quickly find out his true identity when he fires Sith lightning at the treacherous Dooku. Dooku and Sidious, both assaulted by Jedi, escape Coruscant and go their separate ways. The Count and his Jedi-hunting henchman Grievous retain control of the massive droid armies and powerful corporations of the Confederacy of Independent Systems and begin an aggressive campaign against a now leaderless republic.

The Senate, alarmed by Sidious’ corruption, worried by Dooku’s army, and looking for a strong leader, elects Padme to the Chancellorship. The Republic responds to CIS aggression with its new clone trooper army, led by the Jedi, and a rather different version of the Clone Wars begin.

Anakin, startled by his mentor’s treachery, is nonetheless overjoyed at Padme’s election to the chancellorship… though the power of the dark side still gnaws at him. He is frustrated at being unable to join the Jedi Council, and a rift begins to form between him and Obi Wan.

Sidious meanwhile, embittered that his plans could not come to fruition, seeks a new apprentice… and revenge on both the Jedi and on Dooku.

Factions:

Confederacy of Independent Systems:

Leadership: Count Dooku, General Grievous, Banking Clan, Trade Federation, Techno Union and other large corporations.

CIS strengths:
A nearly limitless army of droids. The Confederacy seeks to fight a war of attrition on the Republic, and has the resources to do so.
CIS Weaknesses:
Low mobility, poor defense of planets. The CIS’s space navy, consisting mostly of converted trade vessels, leaves much to be desired and its massive armies require a great deal of maneuvering room. On the battle field the CIS depends on a forward thinking, agressive strategy that brings the sheer number of its droids to bear on its enemies.

The Republic:

Leadership: Padme, Yoda, Bail Organa, Mace Windu, Jedi Council, Senate

Republic Strengths:
All around capability of its army. Unlike the CIS, the Republic’s clone soldiers are much more individually competent than droids and are led by powerful Jedi. Its space navy is also much more formidable.
Republic Weaknesses:
Compared to the CIS, the army of the Republic is relatively small and must fight over a large area.

The Dark Council:

Leadership: Sidious

Sidous’ faction will develop throughout the RP, but it will consist of dark side users and other villains and be a generally stealthy faction.

Sorry for the kinda crappy intro but its been a long day, hopefully you guys can introduce your characters better than I introduced Dooku. I promise to write better in the future.

Serving the Republic is his top priority. If it ends the war sooner then he will do it. His ship is currently with the Sullest fleet which has been protecting Republic convoys from sepertist attack. he has seen action all over the galaxy and has become a better captain because of it.

History: Sahurn came to the temple at age 3, and quickly showed himself to be a secret jewel. At age 5 he was taken under the wing of Tex-Cal Quinn, a famed Jedi Master in his own right, and thought by many to be a canidate for the council. The two became one of the most renowned teams of Padawan and Master. At age 19 Tex-Cal decided that Sahaurn's training was complete, and that he may be accepted into the world of Jedi Knighthood, however, when Sahurn was 21 Tex-Cal was killed in the skies over Corusant when his Jedi fighter collided with a runaway barge. From then on, Sahurn had traveled alone, throughout the galaxy.

Loken considered him weak for his concern, and struck him down. He now serves the Sith in the search of more power.

You need to go in depth; the only Sith known to exist at this point were Sidious and Dooku. You need to tell HOW he came to serve the Sith, when this happened, etc.

Funny you mentioned that, because i started thinking the same thing...I started replaying Knights of the Old Republic 1 and 2, but remembered they take place just a bit before the movies (only about 1000 years ;) )

Something doesn't make sense to me. Why does a padawan want to be elected to the Jedi Council? It makes no sense at all. He hasn't even become a knight yet and he thinks he should be on the council. Also whose seat is vacant for the padawan to sit in? All of the old masters are still there. There are no vacant spots. Help me out please.

The 50tst Legion serve the Republic, like all clones. They never joined up with Palpatine, and can't, considering he was outed as an enmey of the Republic.

Anakin was not an arrogant, cocky guy. He came from humble beginnings. He was told that he had great potential. What made you think he was arrogant? He never came across as arrogant in the movies.

He's mellowed out by Revenge of the Sith, the "Good Man" described by Obi-Wna in Return of the Jedi.

That is right. In the second story he was a little cocky. Forgot about that. He however cocky enough to want to be elected to the council.
