[design specs for asiatic influenced villa with courtyard, herb gardern, small pool and streams, arch wooden bridge, modified "prefab designs"] We of course will pick up half the total tab for our embassy.

No weapons beyond a pistol or light machine guns are permitted in the embassy. Doing so will require guards to be on site 25/7.
