The Government of Rhath requires foreign expertese in aircraft design, the following are required:
Reconisance aircraft (both tactical and strategic)
Training aircraft (for conversion from prop to jet and weapons training compatible with the Saab Gripen, secondary combat capabilities preferable)
Transport aircraft
Tanker aircraft (idealy possible to interchange with transport aircraft with minimal conversion)
AWAC aircraft (ideally bassed on the transport aircraft)
Electronic warfare aircraft (ditto)

Heavy lifting helicopter (that carries pods or cargo, must be able to carry vehicles of 30tons+)
Infantry fighting vehicle airborne (helicopters of the russian model where the helicopter is armoured and well armed to act effectivly as a flying infantry fighting vehicle)
Attack helicopters
reconisance helicopters
marine helicopters (pretty much all the same but navalised)

these designs will either be bought or licenced depending.

I would like to link you to the Space Union Defense Industries storefront (link in my signature) where many of your needs can be met. Here are aircrafts were specially recommend for each area:

Training aircraft - SuT-5 Cub (the trainer variant of the SuF-5 Lion).
Tanker aircraft - SuKC-1 Stormfueler
Transport - SuC-1 Stormbringer
AWAC aircraft - SuE-1 Scanner
Electronic warfare aircraft (ditto) - SuE-1 Scanner

All these aircrafts are some of the best in the world at will easily meet your needs. Further we would like to comment that we will soon have a new transport, AWACS/EW, and tanker aircrafts for sale. The tanker and transporst will be smaller but faster and more robust than the current models, intended to complement the SuC/KC-1s. The AWACS/EW will be a conversion of a SuB-4 Super Hurricane into a gigantic AWACS that will replace the SuE-1 Scanner. It will be able to do the jobs of the AWACS/J-Star/ELINT/EW all in one package. If you are interested in any of the future products, please ask and I would be willing to work something out for you.

MH/UH-1A1 Super Huey Assault/Utility Helicopter
http://img78.photobucket.com/albums/v293/grunt74/NS1/UH-1A1.jpg
We have developed a new advanced Helicopter which equals or surpasses the UH-60 BlackHawk and the MH-60 PaveHawk in performance. The UH-1A1 is obviously based on the venerable UH-1N Huey. Modern Huey variants are good, but they aren't able to fufill the role of the modern assualt chopper. This Super Huey has been lengthed by sevral feet, and it has been equipped with a fully updated electronics package, advanced avionics(including terrain following and avoidance radar, targeting systems, laser guidance systems and counter measures. The targeting systems come in handy when it uses its 25mm 3 barrel cannon(from the latest super cobra) which is mounted along with a MK-109 Grenade Machine Gun and Halogen Searchlight in a turret derived from the early HueyCobras. Standard on the Super Huey are 14 2.75inch folding fin rockets. Also standard are 2 .50 cal machineguns mounted behind a protected door which uses armor slits instead of glass to protect the gunner from shrapnel. For the 14 paratroopers that it can hold there is mounting for 2 M-240B 7.62mm machine guns as well. There are 3 reels and 1 600lb capacity winch mounted on the sides of the fuselage and also a cargo net to provide easy egress for air assualt operations such as rappeling or fast roping. the winch can be used for para rescue operations as well. Also it has 4 composite rotorblades and a fully encased tail rotor for quieter operation. The fuselage allowed for longer thus more powerful engines and with re-fueling probe it has an in-flight refuel capability.

While not "techincally" a helicopter the Ultra Roc is a far superior aircraft, the same vertical lifting capability but a higher level flight speed and a much larger fuel efficency. The above design weight limitations can be in certain circumstances exceeded by using rolling take offs but this will lead to much higher stress levels be experienced by the aircraft.

The RG-129 'Firefly' has seen action in every major combat operation with Asgarnian Collective Armed Forces in recent years. It is a fairly new aircraft, and is protected from EMP attack. The aircraft is filled with high-tech computer systems, and has several cameras. The crew sits comfortably in a fortified cabin while the do their work. The aircraft is capable of taking one AIM-9 Sidewinder missile without being completly inoperable. There is a back-up FLY-BY-WIRE system onboard, as well as back-up power systems to all equipment. The 'Firefly' is also able to carry several large bombs to be dropped over enemy radar stations, strategic locations, and many other targets. It is also capable of carrying the new GBU-43/B MOAB. This aircraft is an all-around workhorse, and is meant to last.

Kriegzimmer has two designs that it believes are worthwhile to present to your armed forces. These are the the GLI-44 Blackjester Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Battlefield Control Aircraft (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=10656604&postcount=1333) and the RoLu.21.A Boneharvester Attack Helicopter (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showpost.php?p=10638127&postcount=1314). Any questions will be answered fully, and we thank you for holding us within consideration.
