The Emperor of Parkus, will consider marrying one of his daughters off to this man, so long as he is sure he is a nice dictator like himself, and not another Hitler.

The Emperor is highly Conservative, and militaristic. He allows some light drugs sold by the goverment, he spends a tremendous amount of defense, he doesn't get paid for being Emperor, just a modest house, and a little food. He continued reading until he found ''And my range of suitors range from 13 years of age to 29 years of age''. He studied this and then thought of his daughter, who was around 13-15 years of age. So, he wrote a letter to this dictator in Cena465:
