Specialty: Hijacking, extortion

What time frame is this? If its prohibition era, the Colts will also run booze. Also, will somebody be running the police? If necessary, I'd be happy to run the police or the local government instead of my gang.

you can make a rough map by either drawing and scanning or using a drawing program to design one. Then by using a service like photobucket.com, you can upload that image (make sure it's in JPEG form) and then link it as an image
