Dearest representative of Mationbuds, we respectfully request that we be allowed to open an embassy in you capital city. If you have diplomatic ties with the United Conservative States of Venericca, we must ask that our embassy be located at least ten miles away from theirs. We request that a compound be set aside for our embassy, with room enough for the embassy itself, living quarters for at least one hundred people, and a helipad/VTOL pad. We do not require diplomatic immunity for our embassy personnel (although it would be very much appreciated), but we must ask that we be allowed to use our own security forces. It is our fondest hope that this will be the start of a profitable relationship between our nations.

By now your ambassadors would have completed nearly 3/4 of their journey and will soon be met by their escort of 6 Starfighters which would be dispacthed to escort them safely into Imperial Territory soon .
