Hello. I am Troy Winfrey, leader of the People's Army. It is time that the yoke of monarchy and the bourgios is thrown off of the Vietnamexican proletariat. The oppurtunity for revolution has been brought forth from the invasion of my homeland by the nations of ViZion, The Silver Sky, Borman Empire, and others. I currently have an army that is only able to use guerilla tactics against the powerful Royal Gaurd, Zielfrente, and other, pro-bourgois militias like the National Brigade, Nubanta, The Calling, and H Company. Please help us, we are a small force, numbering only one thousand men, without enough guns to supply each militiaman. We are centered in Ciudade de Geralde, an area without much resistence to our cause, in fact, many are very freindly to us. However, without the help of our comrades throughout the world, we will not be able to free ourselves from this evil. Please help us.

Well, seeing as I have a space fleet, no matter what you do, you are probably going to die. Also, if that "violates the rules" I have ground troops that can be deployed in up to 5 hours.

The Socialist Republic of Xanthal has a strict policy of not interfering militarily in the affairs of less technologically-advanced nations. However, if other nations interfere with advanced technology we may be persuaded to intervene strictly to nullify the threat.

We the democratically elected leaders of The People’s Republic of Fathor condemn the oppressive actions taking place in the nation of Vietnamexico. We plead with all nations to remove their forces from the occupied territory and let the people settle their own problems.
That being said, in accordance to People’s Resolution PRI-125601 we pledge to support the people of Vietnamexico with medical aid and the one time gift of weapons to fend off foreign invaders.

OOC: Well I would say that probably 500 would be the amount that your country would be able to give away, but keep with it, you are one of the better newbies ought there, you should read the stickies though if you haven't already.

We, for now, throw our support behind the Vietnamexican People's Army. Our forces are currently consolidating their beachead on the southern coast of Vietnamexico. Our forward forces are almost on the doorstep of the capital district.

We will allow aid to the Communist People's Army, however, as part of the Vietnamexican Occupation Force we wish to keep non-allied powers military to a minimum, we propose a limit to the deployment of forces aiding the PA, we propose a 100,000 personal limit, this includes soldiers and advisors.
