Introduction

The base of Bashirian Logic is an evolve form of Mawellian Dogma, Bashirian Logic owes its existent to Maxwellian Realism Logic, and we owe a debt to past theorists such as John Lock, Voltaire, Machiavellian intelligence, Keynesian, Thomas Malthus, Ibn Khaldun, Realism policy, and other dogmas. The core base of our state thought process is mankind is inherently flawed.

The government within Bashirian Logic

The key aspects of the dogma of Bashiran Logic, is that government must remain a unitary system then to a federation system. The core beliefs of this aspect, is that the state must have maintain direct control over the regions within the state and the state can grant the many regions with limited self government, yet the central authority must maintain right to overwrite any actions of the regional governments. The government must maintain the policy of anti secessionism and maintain unity above regional rights.

The government of the state is inherently base on Islamic ideology and Fiqh aka Islamic jurisprudence, therefore the state cannot turn its back on these core belief without compromising the integrity of the state. The state government must maintain a firm system of check and balances, thought the system of election and appointment, the that must have a final say in all matters is the appointed officials who is in return is appointed by the elected officials. Also the state realize as one of its core beliefs that mankind is inherently flawed, therefore the state will not seek an ideal state. It will seek a realistic model then to ideal.

The state is neither a Republic nor a Democracy, the idea of permitting mob rule in the must not be allow at all cost. The state cannot be a one party state nor can it be monarchy or dictatorship. Since they go against the core beliefs of the state dogma. The State government itself is therefore a hybrid of all these systems and mostly under the idea of a Sultanate base Constitution system, where there is a appointed system and Westminster elected officials coexistent in this system.

In respect of the different mindsets and schools of thought, The state shall allow and promote the different schools of thought or mindset to debate and existed. Just the state will have a system which is constantly debating and revaluing the dogmas of the state. In the idea to prevent stagnation in the thought process of the state, Yet the State cannot allow the schools of thought that go against the dogma of the core beliefs, just tit would be counterproductive for the state.

The stance of the state on nationalism and multiculturalism

The state will not support nationalism; state will suppress it in the goals of maintaining unity over the primitive ideas of tribalism and nationalism, which are counterproductive to the greater good of the people. The State will support Dar ul Islam concept in the hopes of promoting one state.

The State position on Economy, Taxation, And Currency

The state shall support a free market system within certain limits; the state will promote free enterprise. In the hopes, of maintains a balance system, the people must not be taxed more then two percent of their yearly income. Just they are able to use more of their money, by spending or saving however they want.

The state must fund itself thought other means such Estate taxies, taxes, and savings taxes.. Also the state must maintain stable funding of Zakat in which it is be obliged to state maintain the Zakat at all cost The state shall own all natural resources and key heavy industries and use the capital from these industries to fund the state budget. Yet the state must run these industries as joint stock companies and the public has the right to buy stock in these companies and these companies will be ran as companies and the state shall keep a hands off operation in relation to the companies, yet they are answerable to the Board of Ministers, who have been appointed by the Prime Minister. Therefore the state must invest in the economy to allow it to grow; yet the state must maintain a policy of protection of the workers from being exploit by the companies.

The State currency will be on the gold stranded and just will not be exchange on the open international money markets. The currency of the state, will be backed by gold, or any rare metals in that matter, just the state must maintain a constant supply of these metals to maintain the rate of expansion of the money supply and demand. The state will not release money into the money supply that is not backed by their money., unless its backed by gold or sliver or any other rare metal. Also borrowing from international banks is prohibit for the state, the state shall not sell or buy bonds from outside banks. The state will only borrow from herself and only use non-interest loans, and the all loans in the state will be interest free, since interest is banned within the State. The all banking centrals will be under state control and run by the state.

The state stance on welfare and healthcare

The shall its own healthcare system, as an joint stock company, yet the healthcare and treatment for the people is done free of f charge, yet the state shall allow private practices and medical health care companies. Yet the state shall not allow insurance companies to exist in the way they exist in the western world.
As for welfare, its mostly taken care of under the guidelines of Zakat, yet the state will not turn its back on the poor, the state will help the poor in many ways in order to improve their lives.

The State stances on science research

The state will only permit Arabic to be spoken and written in the schools, no matter ifs public or private, they must follow the guidelines set by the state. Also the state, shall make college education free, to anyone from any background can get a college education.

In Defense of Bashirian Logic Revisited

Its funny to think almost ten years to ago, I wrote this basic outline for my thesis in Political Science doctorates, which was one of the many Doctorates which I currently have. I had no idea that I would become Sultan, a mere four years later. I was just an officer within Sultan Mustafa bin Asad, Imperial Army Corps, who wanted to retire after by 2001 and start up my own company. But that’s life for you…you never know what happens next and yes these existing polices modified by me for this thesis, which later became part of my ruling policy., Yet I must stress this for my international readers, that the logic of this policy is not mend to for all the regions of the world, it is design only for the KLM in general and unique design for it only. It was never mend to be like Communism and spread like wild fire, its only works in the KLM and will only work in the KLM, end of story.

The following is an excerpt from an essay entitled “Dichotomies of International Politics: An Examination of Political Relationships with Regards to Different Philosophies of Government” by Professor Norman Wright, published in the June issue of the University Review, a monthly publication by the Royal University of Malkyer.

The republication, this time in English, of Sultan Suleiman al Bashir's thesis paper, "In Defense of Bashirian Logic," creates an ideal opportunity to examine one of the paradoxes of international politics in the modern era: the close alliance between the Khailfah al Musilmeen and our own Imperial Commonwealth. Our nations are guided by philosophies which are neither mutually exclusive nor diametrically opposed; rather than a difference of one-hundred and eighty degrees, we can say it is a difference closer to ninety degrees. This raises several interesting questions, the answers to which are not immediately apparent, and open to interpretation even still.

The Khailfah al Musilmeen is, according to Bashirian Logic, a realpolitik-guided statist unitary-governed Islamic nation. The Imperial Commonwealth, in contrast, is a federated individualist state with an often idealistic foreign policy with an overwhelmingly white Christian heritage, although there is not the overt state-sponsored religion as seen in the KLM. After all, we have no House of Viziers, where religion is a requirement for election.

On nearly every major issue the Imperial Commonwealth and the Khailfah al Musilmeen are on different sides of the oft-cited political spectrum. For example, in the KLM natural resources and most heavy industry is controlled by the state. In Malkyer, such things are the domain of private entities within the market.

Why, then, are our nations such close allies? KLM special forces are fighting insurrectionists in Mozambique, and Royal Navy ships operate out of ports in India and West Africa. Obviously, the connection between nations is dependent on some level below that of superficial governing philosophies; no government anywhere is a perfect representation of the ideals it claims to be based upon. A deeper examination of both states reveals that both are dependent, to some extent, on the major political theories of two time periods. The first such period was the Enlightenment, the height of intellectualism in Western Europe from the seventeeth to early nineteenth centuries. The second period was the much briefer, but equally influential, post-war generation of the Twentieth Century. Sultan al-Bashir himself cited Locke, Keynes, Voltaire, and others as major influences on Bashirian Logic.

The Imperial Commonwealth is equally influenced by such philosophers, and it is clear there is an underlying connection…
