OOC: Kippl was a modern tech nation but has been researching new technology and has recently made breakthrough's in Space Ship Technology, Weapon Technology, and Nuclear Fission.
IC: The new Grand Kippl Kommander, Alex V. Talon, was walking to his new base-of-operations for futuristic research AKA Operation Universe Omega. His head scientist had called him 1 week ago to come to the hidden testing bay. Now GKK Alex Talon has come to see and christen the first ever Kippl Capital ship, Syrus Webel Omega. SWO will be equipped with all of Kippl's state-of-the-art weaponry and given the best fighters and battle ships Kippl has to offer. Alex's Vice Kippl Kommander, Danyil Prizion, was coming with Alex's cadre of bodyguards to see the wonder of SWO.
Now Kippl looks to the future for more scientific development and hopes to be succesful.
