Companies that receive funding from OCP must enter into a 10 year contract to slowly pay off their loans. Contract comes into effect after a five year period.

10 Year Contract Includes:
-Paying back any loans over the 10 year period
-All loans have a 1.5% interest rate

-Company must provide OCP 3% of all profits over a 20 year period, which starts after the 10 year loan period.

Torture Solutions Incorporated wishes to know whether or not the loan can be paid off in advance in case of windfall profits, and if the contract is rendered void if we sell the company to you.

Yes, companies can pay off their loans in advance if they choose to do so. The 10 year period is the max time to pay back a loan. If OCP buys your company, you can still operate it if you so choose, but now we would recieve the percentage of all profits for as long as we own your company. If you choose to sell and not continue to operate you company, OCP has the right to distribute your product line to our other brands, or to keep your company intact but operated by us.

Piccart Company will be switching to an Aircraft Distributor. If this is OK, we will go ahead and create the store-front. We will not be needing a loan, Lylybium Gov is takeing care of the finances for the first 18 years.

The Lorrian National Arms Factory is interested in finiancial backing and in becoming an OCP company. We have an established industry in the Lorrian Territories, but require liquid funds for a general expansion of production and distribution facilities. We are preparing to establish a storefront, pending an agreement with OCP representatives.

I should also note that this request has been pre-approved by the Lorrian Territorial Department of State and by the Department of Defense.
