The Galactic Empire of Mationbuds is announcing the launch of a multi-galaxy commerical dock where you can stop your ships to refuel , repair or even use it as a tourist hub . The facility comprises of 100 Docks , each capable of holding a ship up to the size of a Executor SSD (19km) . Beside the docking area , there is a ultra-mall and a plot of land designated for hotels . The size of the mega-mall will be 52 ha and the size of the land allocated for hotels will be 120 ha . There will also be a warehouse where freighting companies can buy a space to store goods between transits :

An odd, red ship dropped out of warp near the edge of Mationbuds' Space. It was a small ship and had the same warp signature as the ships of the Phoenix Fleet and bore the Phoenix Emblem, but the hull was constructed of a simple titianium alloy and painted red, unlike any known Phoenix Fleet vessel. This along with the fact that its weapons were at least 40 years old, idenitfied this as a civillan operated trading vessel or freighter. It moved slowly towards the boarder and sent out a transmission:
"This is Sub-Director Farick of Phoenix Dynamix. We would like to rent a Shared Dock and also buy a Hotel Plot. We can transfer the credits the instant you confirm it, and our copany will send additional vessels to set up the hotel within the week. While we are no longer directly affilated with the government our relations with you have been sanctioned by the Imperial Vanguard and Trade Council."

SIC:

The Clan wishes to rent one docking area for an indefinite period. Funds sufficient to rent the area for two years will be transferred, with an additional 25% donation on the condition that the dock is registered under the name of 'Rulan Industries', for use by company executives only.
If this condition is not acceptable, no deal can be made.

we were wondering if we could lease some space for a fabrication plant? so that we may build parts for our ships and yours given the differance in our technology its likely you would not stock all the parts required for our ships particually our hyperdrives, our fabricators are quite advanced and you would find good use for them, perhaps in exchange a dicounted cost for repairs?

Also our food courts would stock a supply of fresh fruits, veg, meats and drink such as Fresh Orange Juice delivered by high speed transports; a luxuary and rareity in deep space. several foods are also unique to Animarnia space; one such is a blue meat, that when consumed tastes just like the last food you thought about as you put it in your mouth; so if you were thinking Chicken it will taste like chicken, if you were thinking Apple pie, it will taste like apple pie, were not sure why exactly but the animal the meat comes from is found on many of our worlds in abundance. we also have several unique fruits one such tastes like strawberrys and cream.

We would also like to open a high class resturaunt to serve VIP's, Ships High ranking officers and the very wealthy where they can enjoy all manner of delecacys from our world such as a DarkSpinner (a somewhat rare; though small stocks are kept specifically for food so as not to take away from the natural population armadilo looking creature that tastes like redwine marinated chicken) the webbing from DarkSpinners can also be used to make clothing

Although our nations were involved in a past war , we are pleased to be able to resume relations with each other . It is true that we regret having war and all the casualties and billions , possibly Trillions or even Quadrillians !
