This RP is set in the streets of New York City. As a new gang you try to fight with others gangs for control of turf. You also have to watch out for the cops and other governmet agenices. As you fight the gangs and the cops you can gain respect that helps with recruiting new members. So if you don't fight, you can't recruit.

On board his private yacht;the Gina, Tony Montana paced up and down the deck with a limp. He got the limp from when he was shot in the leg when Sosa's men raided his Miami Mansion.But that was 10 years ago. The Gina Pulled into the docks his men control.

"Tony, we are docking now, your things are being offloaded to your house up in Queens." said Captain Johnson.

"Good anything else?" Tony demanded.

"Yes, there are other gangs up here that were here when we ame up from Miami."

"So what. We'll bury those cock-a-roaches before you blink chico."

Montana sat there waiting for someone else(glorified bump)

House on Manhattans Lower Eastside

"Captain, Tony Montana's yacht has docked in his privately owned harbour in Fulton Ferry. From what our men have seen he hasn't moved from the docks."
"Ok, keep an eye out for his movements. I want to be notified if he moves from there."
"Yes sir."

St Albans

"Hey Aaron!!, shouted Joe Knuckles, I've just been walking the streets to see if I can pick up any news on any of those so called 'gangs' and word is that somethings gonna go down."

Aaron stood staring out of the window. He'd been waiting for news like this. Finally something was happening, something that could put the guards on the map.

"Joe I want you to take a couple of the guys with you and find out what's happening. Report back when you find anything interesting..."

Aaron knew he could trust Joe. Joe had been with him since the beginning and had helped the Guards take St Albans.

"You got it Aaron"

00:00 hours
Mid night

Manfred von Luck carried a crate into an old warehouse. Behind him, his friend and partner Christian Reinhardt carried another. They sat the crates inside, deep in the corner, surrounded by mountains of similar crates, marked "Fragile".
"Is that it?" Luck asked.
"Ja," Christian replied. "Grab that one over there. It's heavy, but we'll manage." The crate weighed a few hundred pounds, but the lugged the large box to t They turned around and went back to their truck. Luck locked the warehouse gate. They got in the truck and drove off.


At the Rhineland Gun Shoppe 0100 hours
1 AM


A man wearing a black trench coat knocked on the door. Christoph nodded at Hans to get the door. Christoph held the P8 pistol below the counter.

"Hallo?" Hans said with a thick German accent.
"Yes, i'm here about the "order".
"Ja, right this way." He led the man inside, and approached Christoph. Christoph was a middle aged man of about 45. His light blonde hair and steel gray eyes put intimidation into the heart of the Customer.
After entering a back room in the large gun store, he noticed a change from the outer, public shop. There were racks of assault weapons, machine guns, and even heavier equipment. Then, there were the crates.
"Your order is there." He opened it, and revealed ten G-36 assault rifles, 2 MG-4 Machine guns, and dozens of P8 Bundeswher service pistols.
After loading the crate into the customers truck, they went back inside, and closed the shop.

Joe entered the Queens area warily. It wasn't known to be under gang control but their were always rumours that someone controlled this area. Nothing interesting had been found so far and after they finished checking Queens they would head home.

"Right guys just act normal, don't attract attention, same deal as before."

Joe knew the guys knew all this but it was like some kind of tradition that had grown.

"So Joe", said Terry Wicks as they walked the street," what are we looking for?"

"Anything that looks out of place, anything unusual." To be truthful Joe wasn't sure what they were looking for. A truck passed and stop outside a house. It looked like a moving truck.

"But what would a moving truck be doing outside a house during the night?" thought Joe. He halted the other guys who all also had their eyes on the truck. They doors opened and two removal guys got out. They opened the storage section. It was full of boxes and furniture.

"Well guys I think this is all we're gonna get tonight. Lets head home."

Tony who had just arrived at his house an hour earlier and was watching the people look inside his truck On the TV surveillance screens linked to 12 cameras set up outside his home

"What the f-ck are they doing with my truck!?" He shouted to apparently no one.

His body guard, Jack Frison ran in the room and asked what he should do with them.

"Take Tom, John, Harry,Phil to the weapons locker in the basement and get some 9s with silencers and kill all but 1 and bring him back to me." Tony demanded.

The gang was heading home when they heard quick footsteps approaching behind them. Life had taught them to be wary of such things. However they did not quicken their pace as this would alert the people following. They kept walking listening to what was happening behind them. Then Joe heard:

'CLICK'

Joe knew what that sound was and knew instantly they were in danger. Next thing he saw was Terry fall to the ground.

"Right gang draw your weapons!!!!", shouted Joe. The gang simultaniously turned and drew their guns aimed at the attackers. Joe knew that this was gonna be a bloody battle. He glanced at Terry and noticed he was still breathing. The attackers hadn't seen this.

"FIRE!!!" At this command a round of bullets were fired at the attackers.

OCC: there's 5 guys with bullet proof vests and silencced 9s. how many do you have?

OOC: Four guys. Bullet proof vests?! Oh crap......

OCC: these guys are pro bodyguards. remember tony Montana is one of the most powerful drug lords in the southeast. he has guys distributing drugs all over the place and is looking to expand into NYC.

Phil got hit with 3 rounds in the chest but even with the vest he had the wind knocked out of him and fell over. Tom was hit in his right arm but shot lefty so he still could shoot.

Joe realised what he had got into. These guys were professionals. These guys were wearing body armour. He could see this from the guy who had been shot in the chest but still moving. Joe noticed Leo fall to the ground but didn't have time to see if it was fatal. All Joe concentrated on was firing at these guys but he also knew he had to retreat. He had reached a dilemna. The rest of them could retreat but that would mean leaving behind Terry and Leo. They were like brothers and he held their lives in his hands. He knew what he had to do. He fired shots but not at the torsos of the enemy but instead the legs. If he couldn't kill them thn he'd hurt them any way possible. Troy was the only other guy standing. He just kept firing hoping to hit the guys

Jack was hit in the leg and was fell to the ground and stayed there and flip to go prone and kept firing. he took out his tazer and hit the guy who shouted "Fire!" and zapped him for 3 seconds. then he fired at the other guy's head.

Joe saw Troy fall knowing he was dead. The next thing he knew was that he was on the ground unable to move. He was slowly slipping out of conciousness but knew that this was just the beginning

By this time Phil was back up and Tom was getting patched up. they got 5 other guys and tookthe bodies away jack was helped up by John. Harry and John picked up the guy who had been zapped. They sent a call on the radio to ask where tony wanted the guy who was to be taken alive and what to do with the bodies. They were to put the bodies in barrels and fill the barrels with concrete and dump them in the harbor.The one who was alive is gonna be taken to the basement.

So they dragged him to the basement and tied him up.

Queens Precinct

Calls were coming in from Queens that they heard shots being fired. The Queens Precinct notifed all police officers in the area to respond to the problem. Three patrol cars were on their way there to investigate the situtation. As they neared the area, they themselves could hear shots being fired. They quickly turned on their sirens and turned down the street where the complant was coming from. The four officers hopped out of their patrol cars and yelled "Freeze!"

3 blocks to the south
The last patrol car was making its way to the scene after finally getting out of traffic.

Jack wa talking his way out of this.

"Officer, they were looking inside of that truck andwe told them to get lost then they shot at us and since we have conecel and carry permmits and we are pro body guards we have guns. after they shot we shot back. it was all in self defence. They scattered and ran we stopped firing so we didn't miss and hit somebody."

"Put the guns on the ground and then show me your permits to carry and conceal these weapons. I'll check them against what we have at the precinct."

The 3rd patrol car showed up and the two officers got out and helped control the situtation.

"Yes, officer." Jack then signaled then the other put there guns down and pulled there permits and gave it to the police.

OCC:the permits are real.

The police officer went back to the patrol car and radioed the precinct the information on the permits. The dispacther radioed back that the permits were real and they were indeed bodyguards. She also told him that she was sending a team of crime scene investigators to look over the area.

"Alright, everything seems to be in order, but our precincts crime scene investigators are coming so you must leave the area."

"We wok for the guy who just moved in up here. We will just go back to the house.If thats ok with you."

"Yes, that is ok. As long as you are out of the investigators way. Have a good day, sir."

"You to officer. Ok guys lets get back inside, so we don't get in their way."
After picking up their guns,they walked back up to the house.

OOC: I told you to put them on the ground, so I thought they would have picked them back up.

OOC: So have the bodies been gotten rid of and has Joe already been taken into the house?

Tanaka Yamashiro stood at the window of his office, looking out on his mini empire, China Town. He stroked his chin and smiled, watching the people going to and fro in the streets below him.

He turned back to his desk to read reports in the newspaper, many gangs were springing up all over the city and he was concerned. Many of the street gangs were foolish and may seek to expand their influence into China Town.

The Vietnamese gangs had finally been crushed, it was no secret that the Yakuza had hunted down and slaughtered all of them, but there was no evidence. As the Leader of the Yakuza in New York he was under constant police watch but he had managed to gain control of the whole of China Town before the police could even take out their notepads. He would take advantage of the recent violence and make his move whilst the eyes of the police were elsewhere.

A small, aging man came into the office, bowing as he walked. "Yamashiro-san, your men are ready, should I give them the order to attack the Triads?" Yamashiro smiled and nodded "leave none alive

Jackson Kelly bitterly looked out the window of his dingy apartment. Outside was the Five Points intersection, the newest acquisition of the Yakuza. Over the past few weeks, his gang had been displaced from their home turf. On the street, Yakuza members walked in broad daylight, but members of the Five Points Gang didn't dare go out, except under cover of darkness.

Tonight, however, they would take back their home. Jack called up his captains, and told them all to get to Five Points at midnight, and to make sure that they were armed, and ready to strike the Yakuza.

The Yakuza were on edge, they knew what was coming but they didn't know when or from which direction, Yamashiro stood in the middle of the 5-Points intersection, he was an open target but he knew that no one would dare strike him down in broad daylight.

His men were putting up posters on the walls around the 5 points, calling the leader of the 5 Points Gangs, calling him to a meeting in a public place to discuss the future of the neighbourhood.

Jackson spent the day organizing the gang. He split most of the gang into four groups of ten, and made sure they were each armed with at least one hunting rifle, and several automatic weapons.
An hour before midnight, he gathered them at the parking lot of his apartment block and briefed them: "The leader of our local Yakuza family has called me out to meet him, as many of you know. He wants to talk about the future of Five Points. I've chosen to meet with him." This was met with shock, and some of them hissed. "SHUT UP! This ain't a game, this is the damn Yakuza. I want everyone with a hunting rifle to cover the intersection, each from a different angle. I'm gonna talk with this Yamashiro guy. If this turns out to be an ambush, I want everyone to rush in and kill the enemy. Either way, we're getting Five Points back tonight."

An hour later, Jackson and his two bodyguards stood in the center of Five Points intersection.

It was 20 minutes before Yamashiro showed up, a jet black car approached the intersection and he got out, flanked by two men armed with MP5 SubMachine guns. Yamashiro approached and bowed to Jackson.

"Honourable Foe, I come to you with an offer of truce, we both know that a war would be long and costly but ultimately the resources of my organisation would crush you. I offer you the 5 points in exchange for 2 things, 1) You pay the Yamashiro Family $1,000 per month as a tribute to us and 2) you allow us access through the 5 points without trouble."

Yamashiro stood waiting, he knew that anyone of the 5 Points gang members could take a shot and kill him out right, but he also had his men standing by, if he fell, so would Jackson.

OOC: So have the bodies been gotten rid of and has Joe already been taken into the house?

Meanwhile
In Melrose
Six Cherry Street youths of the consideration for the BPF are walking down the street of a rival gang who sell drugs. This is how these six will get into the Cherry street gang and thus, the Bronx Park Families. A particularly large member turns to another youth. "Hey, you sure this is it?" The second one nods. The group look around, this was a daring move to do this in daylight, but they had this planned out. The youths simultaneously put on ski masks and pulled out their weapons. Three had loaded 9mm, one had two butterfly knives, another had a high powered pellet 345 magnum, and the last has a mach 10. They rushed the front door of the townhouse knowing that it would be easy to take any money and drugs that were in the house. They were right, two people were in the place, one was sitting on the couch: Pa pa pa. He's dead. Another one pulled out a gun but the small kid with the mac walked into the kitchen with a flurry of bullets, seven shots and that guy was done. The two without guns were already raiding the bedrooms. One shouts "Come on! The cops will be here soon!" The other members, quickly searched the bodies and the remaining rooms. The large youth finds a bad with several kilos of cocaine. "Let's go!" The boys all scramble out of the house and split up into groups of two, all running in different directions, throwing their skimasks to the floor and concealing their weapons.

Joe woke up tied to a chair. This was bad, very bad. Three of his best friends were dead. What had begun as a routine check had become a horror show. Outside Joe heard sirens. They stopped outside the place he was being held.

"FREEZE!!!"

Joe heard the cops and his hopes rose. Surely they would find him soon and he'd be safe. All he had to do was wait. Joe listened carefully and could hear mumuring outside. He then heard car doors shut.

"No don't go. Help!!!"

The cars drove away

St Albans

Aaron was worried. Joe should have been back by now. He had heard no news from any of the guys that had went to see what was happening. The last thing he heard was there was touble in Queens.....

"Wait. Trouble in Queens."
That was close and Joe usually checked the area. It was routine.

"No that trouble must have involved the boys. But the boys are smart."

There were rumours that a out of town gang owned Queens. They had to b powerful to control it like that.

"Well no one messes with my gang and gets away with it but this gang is tough and I'm gonna need some help", thought Aaron.

"Guards group now"

At this command the guards stopped what they were doing and looked up at Aaron wondering what was going on.

"It seems we have some trouble in Queens BUT I believe the gang that runs it is powerful. I'm gonna send a couple of you to send out the word of the trouble in Queens BUT avoid the Queens area. See if you can get help. We don't want some outsiders coming in and pushing their weight around. Also see if you can get any news on Joe, Troy, Terry and Leo."

Fred and Ted aka The Twins stood up.

"We'll go boss. You can count on us."

With that they left the room. Aaron knew they would be okay. They had done lots of stuff like this before.

In the Basement, Tony was asking Joe some questions.

"Who the hell do you think you are?"

"What the f-ck were you doing looking inside that truck?"

"How many others are in your gang that we didn't kill?"

With the last question he picked up a chainsaw and started to rev it up.

Joe was scared. Whoever this guy was he was crazy. But Joe knew he couldn't betray the guards because if he did it would result in their deaths too.

" I was just curious. Its not everyday you get someone moving into the neighbourhood."

As soon as he answered the guy just threw more questions at him.

"I always look in the trucks when people move in. See what kind of people they are. I'd never steal anything. I'm just a curious guy.

Here was the question he'd been dreading. This guy wanted to know about the gang. Joe kept his cool when he answered.

"Gang?We don't belong to any gang. Before you ask why we shot at your people I'll tell you. Your guy fired first hitting my friend. We retaliated. We only carry guns because New York is dangerous and I've been jumped more than a few times."

The guy picked up a chainsaw and started revving it. He had a mad glint in his eye. Joe just stared in horror.

"Look if you let me go I won't tell the police. I've been in trouble with them enough times and don't want anymore bother. Please just let me go!"

"If your not from a gang then why did you yell fire? And why did they listen?"

Tony revved the chainsaw again and put it 3 inches from Joe's head.

Joe felt the air from the blade. Sweat was started to roll down his face.

"The...the reason I shouted fire is because we were being shot at and the reason they listened is because they weren't stupid. If I hadn't of shouted one of the others would have and they would probably be here instead of me."

Joe hated this guy and vowed to get revenge if he ever got out of here. If he didn't someone else would.After all the guards motto was an eye for an eye

"Lie again and I'll cut you to pieces...... And I'll start with your balls!"

He moved the chainsaw towards his nuts.

"Now let me ask you again."

"Who the hell do you think you are?"

"What the f-ck were you doing looking inside that truck?"

"How many others are in your gang that we didn't kill?

Joe was shaking. This guy was serious.


"My names Terry. I'm a mechanic from Brooklyn. The gang. There are only two others. We were just starting out. We're called the Brooklyn Brawlers. We didn't know that Queens was run by another gang otherwise we would never have turned up. We looked in the truck because we were scoping the area.

Joe hoped the story would hold. His life depended on it

"I'll let you live until I find out if thats even a real gang."

He walked out of the room and locked the door and made some calls to find out if there were any 'Brooklyn Brawlers'.

Tony walked back in and said"Lair! I have people in Brooklyn and they say that there's no auto mechanic named Terry or a gang call 'Brooklyn Brawlers'."

He turned on the chain saw and started to move towards him and he put the chainsaw right above his nuts.

This guy was crazy but Joe couldn't get The Guards in trouble.

"Fine I'll tell you the truth. I work for the Father Land Family. I'm their contact who tell sthem whats going on in all of New York. I don't know the exact number of people in the gang because the boss doesn't want other gangs to know. Only him and his bodyguards know who's in the gang. We're the German Mafia. me and the others were checking the area because we heard something was happening here. We operate from Bersonhurst."

Joe knew that the German Mafia were tough but this was the only gang he could think of.

"You lied before so I will cut your balls off!"

Tony sent the chainsaw right between his legs wihich were spread from his legs tied to the chair.

Joe fainted from shock....

Meanwhile
St Albans

The Twins had reported back:

"We've dropped a few whispers and rumours in some of the areas. These should get some of the bigger gangs interested if they feel their turf is being threatened."

"Good work", said Aaron," but you got any news on the others?"

"Err no. No ones seen or heard anything."

Aaron hoped the guys were okay and hoped other gangs would respond to these rumours.

In Fordham
Paul Miller, Co-leader of the BPF, and leader of the Bronx Most Wanted, is sitting on the front porch of his house with two other veteran members of the BMW. They are enjoying some cool-aid on this hot summer afternoon when two other members of the BMW show up. They approach Paul and after a round of daps. "Paul, we heard from some Queens that someone is moving up to the Bronx."
Paul nodded and looked to the man sitting next to him. "You hear anything about this?"
The man shakes his head and Paul asks the two members "Who said it?"
One shakes his head and makes a tsss sound. "Well, someone from St. Albans or Jamaica said it.. I think." He looked at the other one, who shook his head.
"Are we talking about this 305 Queen?" The boy nodded immediately. "Well, I want you two to see if you can find anything out, because if he stays in Queens, I have no problem." He turns to the man on his left. "El, chirp Cherry and tell him what's going on."
El picks up his boost and pages Ja'Rod. "Yo. The 305 Queen is eyeing the park. Keep your eyes out."
"Al'ight." Replies the phone.

Police Precinct in Queens

"Chief, the CSI team just got their report in. They found blood trails extending 20 feet then stopping. They also found four different types of shell casings at the crime scene. All were from different semi-automatic pistols. Also, this strange, they found that from the bullets recovered from the scene twenty or so don't match with the guns the bodyguards were firing. So, either the people that were there were gang members or armed civilians."

"Hmm, we might have a gang war on our hands. Step up patrols in the Queens area. I want to know everything thats happening in this bourgh. I'll send a report to the Commissioner about this in the morning. Hopefully, he'll speak with the mayor about this situtation."

"Alright Chief, do you want a copy of the report?"

"Yes, I would like to have that to look at."

"Ok."

"He passed out. Thats understandable since I just cut his balls off."

With this Tony walked outside the room and locked it and waited for this guy to wake up.

He called back to Miami to try and get some more guys up here. They would be waiting for his yath to come and get them along with some new guns and body armor.

they would arrive at the docks in 4 days(for this I think 6 hours to a day is good.)

The Guards were edgy. They had had no word from the other local gangs and noone had seen Joe and the others. Something was in the air and they didn't like it...


Joe woke up to see a pool of blood and screamed in pain. He knew he was dying and with that came a sort of release. This way he would have kept the Guards secret. He was in pain but he closed his eyes and waited for death to consume him

Tony was watching all of this through a camera.
"Ah the liar is awake. Took him long enough."

Tony walked down to the room Joe was in.When he opened the door he said,

"About time you woke up its been 3 days! You are very different from me you know. I always tell the truth even when I lie.You on the other hand tell plenty of lies, First I know your name is Joe from your drivers license,it also said that you live in St. Albans, and I know that St. Albans is Guards territory and you live there. So fill in anything I missed."

"I'll tell you just two things, said Joe who was full of rage at this man who had condemned him to death, "one all we were doing was a check not looking for trouble and two you've made a big mistake. I hope death comes swiftly to you so you may forever burn in Hell."

Joe said this last part with malice. He looked at his enemy in the eye as he said this before closing them hoping death would come quickly for him.

Tony just laughed at what Joe said.

"And what mistake did we make?"

After saying this Tony pulled a gun and stuck it in Joe's face. Then he cocked it.

Joe wasn't afraid anymore. He was going to die one way or another.

"I'm not gonna say anymore so why don't you just kill me now asshole?!", Joe shouted this at Tony. Tony could hurt him in anyway but Joe didn't care anymore.


St Albans

Aaron had grown sick of this. He had sent out scouts to find out any information on this gang in Queens. They had all returned with a lot of information.
Aaron was pondering the situation. Maybe the rumours hadn't worked so now he must approach the gang leaders. He decided to do this by letter all with the same message:

To All Leaders of New York,
I, Aaron Guard of the Guards send you this letter because we all face a new threat. A guy called Tony Montana has set up a gang in Queens. This guy isn't local. He is from Miami and so in my eyes holds no claim of any part of New York. He is a big player so this is what I suggest. All our gangs unite against this new guy who wants to control New York. If we do not he will take out one gang at a time until there are none. When we overthrow him I propose Queens becomes neutral territory where gangs can hold meetings and strike deals without any violence occuring. Reply before its too late.

Aaron looked at the letter and then made a few copies. He then called in some of the scouts.


"Right boys, I want you to give a letter to all the gangs in New York except that gang in Quens. When delivering the letters stay as far away as posible from Queens. I don't want to lose any of you guys. And maybe do a little bit of recruiting as well."

"You got it boss", the all said in unison.

With this Tony put his gun away and picked up the chain saw and cut off Joe's legs then sent it into his gut and walked out of the room to let him die in pain.

When Tony was up stairs and had changed to get rid of the blood on his shirt. Then he called a black market arms dealer and got a lot more 9s AKs, Uzis, M4s,even a 30 cal machine gun. He sent his yacht to get them from the dealer out in international waters. Tony Montana was preparing for war.

OOC: Are any of the Rpers still here?

Joe cried out in pain when the chainsaw was sent into him. His vision started blurring and everything seemed to be moving in slow motion.The last thing he saw was Tony walking out of the room before finally being released of his torture.

Fordham

Paul Miller and Ja'Rod "Cherry" Jones were meeting at their usual meeting spot to discuss BPF business when one of the Cherry Street generals walks in. "Sorry boss."
"This better be good, you know no one is allowed here during these meetings." Paul said, Ja'Rod just stared at the man in his gang.
"It is, here." He hands Ja'Rod a letter. "They said it's for the Bronx Park Families."
"Did you read it?" Ja'Rod questioned. His answer was 'no', they sent him away. After both reading the letter they lit it on fire and let it burn.
"I hope that no cops see this." Paul thought out loud.
"What do you think?" Ja'Rod said.
"I'm not sure, he wants us to play with the 305 Queen."
"Let's send him a message asking what we get out of it."
"Alright."
They later sent a four scouts with the question.

On his way out he said to the man who was watching the door,"put him in a barrel and fill it with concrete and dump it as far out in the ocean as possible."

"Consider it done boss."

He walked in the room and cut the body loose and put it a barrel that had been waiting for him. Then he mixed up concrete and filled the barrel wit it and put the top on the barrel and welded it shut. It was dumped in the sea on the way to get the guns.

Aaron read over the letter that he had received from the Bronx Park Families. He looked at the BPF scouts before speaking.

"Tell your boss if he helps he will get 50% of our drugs free. We don't need most of it. Also your gang gets free passage through any Guard territory. Also he will get back up from us if anyone invades your area or messes with you.You will also get a prtion of Queens to call your own when Tony Montana is goten rid of."

Aaron looked at the scouts as they walked out. He then turned to his own scouts.

"Have we got any news from the other gangs?"

"Not yet boss."

The scouts caught both Paul and Ja'Rod at the same time outside of Paul's house, they were relaxing. The scouts relayed the message. Both Paul and Ja'Rod looked at each other and nodded. "War it is." They sent one scout with the message that they have accepted the guard's proposal.

"That guy lived in S. Albans, and thats guards land. He had to be a Guard."

'Tony what are we gonna do about it? They know we're here and we know their there." Jack said.

"We gonna attack thats what! Send fifthteen guys over to St. albans and take over. Have them take some M4s and wearing doulbe bodyarmor."

"I'll led them myself."

Jack went to the armory with fourteen other guys and suited up and armed themselves. They got in 3 vans and drove to St. Albans and got out near the edges of the hood.

One of the scouts came into Aarons office.

"Sir we just got the message from the Bronx Park Families. They've decided to join us."

"Excellent", said Aaron, "that's some of the best news I've heard all day. But give them warning that Tony isn't going to be easy to get rid of. Tell them to keep their heads up and their eyes open. I don't want people dying unneccesarily."

"Understood boss." The scout left the office to deliver the message.

Another scout came running in.

"Sir three vans have just pulled up near the edges of the area."

Aaron looked up.

"Get everyone armed and in defensive positions. Don't go head on with them though otherwise we're finished. Instead use guerrila tactics and get the word out to the BPF that the war has begun."

Aaron got his body armour. He and only a couple others had these after stealing them from a few gunstores. If Tony wanted a fight he was going to get a fight.

Everyone loaded their M4s and their 9mms they started to move in.

Jack saw someone running waith a gun he lifted his gun and fired a 3 round burst at the target. gun fire was poping up from everyone aiming at anything thatlooked like it had a gun.

Liam had been hit in the arm. He stared at it and wiced in pain but carried on moving. A couple of the guys were on the rooftops. They hadn't been seen yet but they had clear aim on the targets. The others were slowly moving thorugh the alleyways ready to surround the invading gang. One of the guys on the rooftop let out a burst of fire directly at the group.

Sam took a hit to the chest, if he hadn't been wearing 2 layers of body armor he would be dead.

"On the rooftops!" Jack shouted after switching to full auto and firing at the rooftops. He was the only one in the group with a 40mm under barrel grenade launcher. He loaded it and fired at the roof where they guy who shot Sam was hiding.

A grenade was flying towards Gregs . But Greg was fast. He had seen it coming and ran inside the door and down the stairs as the grenade wnt off on the roof. The building shook but settled quickly. Greg went back up to survey the damage. There was a hole in the roof but Greg could walk past that.

"So", he thought to himself, "they're wearing body armour. Looks like I'm going for their heads."

He fired another round this time aimed at the heads of the invaders.


Liam had seen the guy take some bullets to his chest and get back up ,from his hiding place.

"Body armour?!These guys are professionals. Looks like its off with their heads then" He ran into the alley behind him to tell the rest of the gang about the body armour.

OCC: it shoots the greande like a bullet. he couldn't have dodged it.

IC: Sam was hit in the head and killed.

Jack fired another greande but this time in the window below the below where the Guards were firing from.

This time Greg didn't know anything about the grenade under his feet. A few seconds later and the ground beneath him blew up engulfing him in flames. The Guards had just lost on of their best marksmen.The others saw this and realised what they were up against. Grenade launchers, body armour? This called for drastic action but guerilla tactics. They had to take out the guy with the grenade launcher.

Jack yelled,"Split up into pairs of 2!"

everyone ran into the alleys and shot at any who gave any resittance.

OOC: It's impossible for anything less of a canon to shoot a granade as fast as a bullet.

They were coming into the alleys. The Guards retreated bt kept their aim at the heads of the enemy. They fired bullet after bullet hoping to hit the target. 3 Guards fell their final fall

1 pair was killed. Jack found a group who were firing on someone else so he fired a greande at their backs.

Aaron looked out. The Guards were being slaughtered. That guy with the grenade launcher needed taking out..
Liam was still in his hiding place and could see the guy with the grenade launcher causing mayhem. Liam jumped out up and shot a few bullets at the guy.

Jack was hit in the arm and fired a full clip and 2 grenades at were the shots came from. another guy was taken down and 3 more wounded. Jack called in the vans to take out the ones who were wounded the worst.

The Yakuza were becoming agitated by the violence on both sides

Yamashiro dispatches men to both sides, calling them for a meeting to which they could discuss an to the fighting.

Liam was killed instantly. Aaron saw this happen and picked up his M21 Sniper Rifle which he had purchased many years ago and which he used for all threats and set it up at his window. He targetted the grenade guys head and fired.

Tony sent the man who brought him the message's hand back to the The Yakuza with it middle finger raised.

St Albans

Jack was hit and went down he had stepped forward at the last second and the shot had grazed the left side of his head. He was out cold.

OCC: sort of like the sence from kill bill when uma gets shot iun the head and gets put in a comma. he's just knocked out.

OCC: how many of your guys can still fight? there are 6 without jack.

OOC: Thats fine.

IC: Aaron looked towards one of his generals.

"I want you to retrieve that grenade launcher but watch your back. Here take this armour.I'll provide cover from here." Aaron tossed his general the armour, who put it on before heading out towards the grenade launcher.

Tom saw Jack go down. He ran to him and found that he is still alive. he picked up his radio and called in the vans. They took him away, then Tom picked up the grenade launcher. He heard someone running toward him. he fired the last5 rounds in the clip at the guy who was running towards him. he reloaded both guns(His and Jacks and went on a rampage. Shoot here, duck there. fired the last of the grenades at someone who shot at him with a sniper.

Aaron received a messeage from the Yakuza. He sent a reply saying he would prefer help. He had gone out of the romm to do this to talk to the messenger. As he was talking the room behind him exploded.

Tom rallied the survivors and led them in an attack onn the building with the sniper. Tom called in a techinacial with a 30 cal mg in the back. he manned it and fired about 300 rounds into mthe building while screaming like a mad man.

Aaron was safe from the bullets because he was using some of the rubble as a barricade. Three of his genrals were with him all armed with semi-automatic pistols. They heard the enemy enter the building and and so started firing at the guys running in.

OCC: I never said they entered the building...

IC:
1 of the vans came in with a load o moltov cottails. Ten per man; everyone started to shoot more holes in the building to put them in. Then with a bigger hole they threw 3 in a peice.

"Chief, reports of shots fired in St. Albans. Heavy weapons, and grenade launchers are suspected."
"Send in the Emergency Service Unit, arm them with body armour, MP5's, M-16, and anything that can stop these men. I want this problem contained and elminated. Use tasers to try and stun them. Place those under arrest for questioning. Also, get me in touch with the Commissioner. We need to talk about this now."
"Yes sir. All units, all units be advised. Shots fired in St. Albans, heavy weapons are being used. ESU is on the way, all avaliable units move to St. Albans and shut the traffic down that's coming in and out."

ESU is driving down the street towards were the shots were being fired. The arrived behind a group that were using atuomatic weapons. From the three vechiles 30 armed ESU officers setup a defense permiter infront of the vechiles.

One of thecops yelled "FREEZE!"

"Oh shit! The cops!" Tom yelled. every one jumped in the van and left. They drove into Canada and stayed theire.

St. Albans

The cops ran to the house that was bombed. After securing the perimeter they setup a team to enter the house.
"Throw a flashbang in...now."
A cop threw a flashbang into the house. After it went off the team rushed the house and went room by room. One of the cops thought he saw someone and yelled, "FREEZE!"

"Commissioner, the Police Chief from the Queens is on line two."
"Thank you."
He pushed the number two button.
"Hello this is the Commissioner."
"Hello, Commissioner my precinct has seen a raise in criminal activity in out bourgh in the past few days. We believe that it is a new gang headed by Tony Montana."
"Yes, I am aware of this already Chief."
"Well then why won't you do anything about it?"
"Because the FBI are investigating him, I am not to interfere with him."
"They think he is smuggling drugs from his bases in Miami to here. If they can catch him in the process of recieving a shipment then they can put him away for good."
"Well we have reason to believe that he lead an attack on a rival gang in St. Albans tonight. We have reports that civilains were injured in their fighting."
"Alright, I will contact FBI Headquarters in the tomorrow afternoon about this."
"Thank you sir."

Aaron and three of his genrals had escaped from the burning building via the back door which lead into a maze of alleys.Aaron heard cops entering the building behind them and realised how lucky he was that he had escaped in time. Through the alleys they four went into Rosedale. They caught a cab from here and told the driver to tkae them to Richmond Town. St Albans wasn't safe so Aaron decided to move operations elsewhere. The Guards needed to build up the numbers again to take on any threats.

Fordham Later...
A scout came and informed Ja'Rod about the incident in Queens. "Well it seems that the guards are down." He looked at his generals. "Deny all involvement in war with them. You, tell Paul that we have nothing to do with the guards. Everyone stay away from Queens unless ordered to go there, the cops will be swarming over there. The 305 Queen has to move operations out of Queens, and it won't be in The Bronx. We accept no refugees, no guards or anyone who even has family in the 305." He left the room.

Tony was have a concil of war with his top men or what was left of them.

"What I have firgured out is that the Guards are gone. Any who survived are along ways from here." said Jack.

"Well thats one down for the count. How many men do we have left chico?"

"Nine dead or wounded, six fled to Canada, so that leaves twenty-five that we can use. fifthteen are here and ten at the docks."

"Get twenty-five more guy up from Miami, we're gonna need it."

"Tony, if we take twenty-five that would leave Miami very hard to defend from anyone we kicked out when you took over."

"Then send some guys from Tampa They don't have any competion up there."

"Good point Tony."

St Richmond

Harry heard a knock at the door. He went to it and opened it.

"Aaron?!", exclaimed Harry," What are you doing here? Come in"

Aaron stared at his friend for a while before telling him the story.

"So basically St Albans is lost to us. We need somewhere to stay and get some power going again,"Aaron said this after he had told Harry the story.

"I don't think thats a good idea Aaron."

"Damn it Harry!!! They kiled Joe, Greg and all the others. The people we grew up with. Our friends. If you think I'm gonna let Tony get away with this then you're wrong."

"Look I'll help in any way I can but I'm not gonna fight or anything. I'll just be behind the scenes."

"Fine at least you'll help in some way."

The Commissioner just got off the phone with the head FBI agent working on the Montana operation. He denied access to interven with their opperations. The Commissioner notifies his secretary to contact the Queens Police Chief with the news. He knows that decesion won't go over well with him, but there was nothing he could do but wait until they could nab Montana of smuggling drug into the city. He knew that over the next few days violence would raise as he went on a rampage to take over the city.

Yamashrio slammed his fist down onto the table and cursed in fierce Japanese.

"These Damn Americans! With their guns and their arrogant violence!"

He sat down and summoned his captains "move towards the areas where the most violence is taking place, tell both sides that if they do not back down then the full might of the Yakuza on the Eastern Seaboard will be launched against, those who are sensible will go back to their homes, those who are not will be gunned down"

He turned his chair and looked out on Chinatown, it was a bluff of course, he couldn't gain the support of all the Eastern Yakuza families in time to end te conflict, but in the past the threat alone of the Yakuza had been enough to end violence, which is all he wanted.

A few days had passed. Aaron had been thinking over the situation. His genrals had been out recruiting and the Guards now had 10 members. aaron called one of his generals into his room.

"Okay this is what I want you to do. Go to the Bronx and tell the BPF that the Guards are still here. Tell them we will overlook this situation where they failde to help us and tell them our offer still stands."

"Yes boss. What if they disagree? What do we do?"

"We find other support. We won't hrm them. Its their call."
