THE COMMISSIONER OF JUSTICE, AFTER INTENSE INVESTIGATION HAS FOUND KALLAN AND CO. INC. TO BE A DISHONEST CORPORATION, OPERATING COUNTER TO THE WILL OF THE PEOPLE.
AT THIS TIME ALL ASSETS WITHIN THE STATE BANK HAVE BEEN FROZEN, AND WARRANTS OF ARREST ISSUED FOR EXECUTIVES OF KALLAN AND CO. INC. WHO MAY BE WITHIN OR SOVEREIGN BOARDERS.
KALLAN AND CO. INC. IS TO CEASE ALL MANUFACTURING WITHIN THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC, AND ALL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURED IS BEING TAKEN OFF THE MARKET PLACE, IMMEDIATELY

Mr. Kallan has issued the following statement,

"They have declared us to be a dishonest corportation! In what case have we broken our word? They have declared that we are operating contrary to the interests of the people! In what case have we done anything to hurt the people? This is persecution of foreign companies for no other reason than that they are foreign! The freezing of our accounts, if we had had any, is nothing but blatant theft!"

At this time, there is no allegation of wrongdoing in Anreik. I must stress, again, that you release all Kallan and Co. Inc. assets immediately. If you do not wish to allow your people the benefit of the low cost, high quality computers Kallan and Co. Inc. provides, that is your perrogative. But this illegal siezure of assets will not be tolerated.

Official Statement from the Allied Union Grand Senate

The nation of Aeson would do well to keep its corporate fiends in check. At 2300 hours yesterday evening, computer agents working for the Civil Defense Corporate Crimes Board detected large sums of money moving from both Allied Union banks in Anreik and Anreikan banks and monetary accounts in Velkya. While Velkyan failsafe systems, monitored by CDCCB super mainframes based in the capital prevented large amounts of Velkyan Zonars from leaving their respective accounts, billions of Anreikan AKRs vanished from their banks both union-side and in Anreik.

While it is, unfortunately, not the time to point fingers, CDCCB agents did report a startling trend in the cases of laundering in which computers and mainframes built and maintained by Aesoric companies and corporations, notably Kallan and Co. Inc., were all involved in these mass monetary transactions, while computers built by other manufacturers were relatively unaffected. Another disturbing trend we have noticed is that mere minutes after the transactions were complete, all computers built by the aforementioned manufacturers ceased to broadcast signals, indicating a mass-shutdown of computer systems, including but not limited to airport and seaport security systems, prison security systems, banks, water cleaning facilities, telephone lines, educational campuses, and many others essential services.

After Amnesty International reported to international authorities that billions of AKRs had mysteriously arrived in it's coffers, CDCCB agents looked even further, consulting various international criminal organizations such as Interpol, large trace amounts of the cash was found to have simply vanished from the global market, indicating that money from the Anreikan economy was either destroyed or funneled into secret bank accounts.

It is with this evidence that the CDCCB has frozen all assets of Kallan and Co. Inc. in the Allied Union and relevant territories, and all computer systems built by the corporation are to be sent to the CDCCB for full monetary compensation as use for evidence. Finally, we call for the Aesoric government to immediately investigate the hardware company known as Kallan and Co. Inc. for evidence of fraud and immense money laundering. The Allied Union will not stand by will small nations are picked clean by greedy corporate vultures.

Our final point is made to the victimized party itself, the nation of Anreik. The Grand Senate has approved a 200 billion dollar aid package to the Anreikan government and people, which includes back-up mainframes and technical support teams from the Allied Union Civil Defense Force and Office of Military Intelligence. We humbly await your response.

We shall see to it that justice is served in this matter.

The computer request sent to assign Dectives Monty and Frey to investigate Kallak and Co Inc carefully avoided any Kallack Computers. But a subsidy of a business owned by Mr. Kallak had produced one of those computers. The request simply disappeared.

We, The People’s Commission, elected by the whole of the Republic do herby make this statement to the World in regards to activates by certain corporations based in Nation of Aeson. After reading the “Official Statement from the Allied Union Grand Senate” and mentioned reports, the following decisions have been made.
PC RESOLUTION #1256: Passed by Unanimous Vote (146 Yea, 0 Nay, 4 Abstentions) WHEREAS The Bourgeois Company known as Kallan and Co. Inc. has acted dishonestly and counter to the will of The People.
WHEREAS all nationals of the Nation of Aeson are free to enter and leave The People’s Republic
WHEREAS all monetary assets of the Bourgeois are held by the People, to benefit those harmed by their wrongdoing
BE IT RESOLVED that the People of Fathor condemn the action taken for the purpose of greed, and their misdeeds shall be punished by forfeiture of the licenses to do business within The People’s Republic
The Commission is allocating 100% of seized assets for the people of Anreik, along with another $200 Billion in aid.

Now, practical matters: We are sure that your assistance will be of utmost importance and have decided to offer command of the airport of Bromma (just outside Anreik City) to Velkya until this crisis is resolved, in order to facilitate transport of much need supplies into the nation. Currently, the airport is empty and abandoned, guarded by Anreikian military forces. Once you arrive, you will have to establish your own control centre in the old control tower, as the old systems were completely made up of Kallan and Co computers. Unfortunately, we have no resources to spare to help you with this, but we trust in your great nation's ability to handle such minor problems with ease.
