Finally, American troops left Iraq, along with all others. The new Iraqi government was led by the Iraqi Patriotic Party, led by Ali ibn Khalid (may change later, thinking of an Arabic name).
Under Ali's rule, Iraq began to thrive, the insurgents being disposed of, some forming the Iraqi National Militia. Ali was well respected amongst the people of Iraq for his reign of flourishing and respect.
Ali decided that Iraq needed relations with other lands so he went to the world and used this notice:
''To all nations,
Iraq is now a free and independent land, it is now thriving and is prospering. I, Ali ibn Khalid am looking for diplomatic relations with the nations of the world. Embassy exchanges, trade and other things are welcomed and appreciated. We hope you consider this and peace be with you.

Basically, my nation is an Iraq after American/Coalition/British troops leave and peace finally comes. And I am open to diplomacy.

Thanks for your help, etc, Velkya. It is appreciated. I have read some of the stickies, this game is quite interesting. Also, I may have some questions, let me check my mind.
Also, would you like to establish diplomatic relations? Perhaps you could be my first ally or something?
