After nearly a decade of isolation and revolution, Freoa is once again open to diplomatic relations under the new government. The new nation, the People's Republic of Freoa, is no longer blind and deaf to what goes on beyond her borders. First Citizen Andrew Steele welcomes any new diplomatic (and hopefully economic) ties between his young nation, and those more or less established.

The young, Democratic Socialist nation's economy is still relatively weak, and aid in this matter would greatly please the people and their elected officials, lifting some of the heavy burden of taxes needed to build up the new country. Military equipment for the large but under-equipped People's Militia would also be of great use. In return for aid, Freoa can offer uranium from her rich deposits, to those nations who have the will and the means to use it responsibly.

We are humbled by your generosity, but fear it is too much. The inflation from such a huge sum as $495 billion would likely cause more harm than good. The $5 billion offered by ViZion will be more than sufficient for now.

Your offer of cars and fuel is also generous, but is greatly in excess of what is required, and we do not wish to fill all our warehouses with your cars, however fine these machines may be. A few hundred thousand would suffice, as much of our population does not own or regularly use cars. 10 million barrels of fuel would be plenty, as there was a large amount of surplus fuel left over after the interim period between the old government and the new.

As for your proposal of establishing embassies, the People's Republic graciously accepts!

While the benefits of possessing such powerful weapons are clear, in the name of the people, the government must turn down this offer, at least for now. More weaponry for our militia from The Silver Sky, however, would be graciously accepted, as would the gold.

We will gladly accept the agricultural equipment. Much of ours was destroyed by the old regime towards the end of the revolution. The foodstuffs will also help to take some of the strain off our still-recovering agricultural sector.
