Takakurimus government holds a Potato-planting Festival in the upcoming weekend, so that everyone in the nation would have more currency coming for the winter. Only Takakurimus citizens are allowed to plant their potatoes in the national ground.

The 10000 ISLANDS Governments are allowed to send their representatives for the party, but otherwise the borders are closed for the upcoming weekend from all political movement (trips for pleasure still allowed), as there are no people available to attend any other happenings.

Unfortunately the Arch-Lady can't live in a technological atmosphere. Should there be any city with surrounding municipalities extremely low-tech (no engines, no electricity etc.), the Arch-Lady agrees to live there half of the time. Otherwise she refuses to live there more than an occasional month, to avoid a massive culture-shock. If she's not able to tend to her nation, the citizens of Takakurimus would most certainly get suspicious and feel deserted.
