After a short but bloody war for independance, the island nation of Aristora was formed. Lacking a large military but having great patriotism, Aristorsa showed itself to the world. It is looking for allies to help defend it while it is growing.

It is also looking for low-cost but effective naval, land, and air technology. Being young and fresh, it cannot afford much.

If Aristora is willing to sell us a small size of land, we will build a city upon it and aid you economically and militaristically. It will be seen as Jenrakian property, however, once purchased.

ViZion is willing to align with your nation, and is willing to donate $5 billion USD to your young nation, as well as being willing to donate weaponary and train your troops for free.

We ask only that you allow us to build one large, multi-functional naval/air/land base along your coast in return for an alliance and these donations.

Alright, the $5 billion is being transferred as we speak and should be avaliable to use within the next few moments, depending on how quick your end of the transaction goes.

We're going to start lining up those we feel would be best for training your troops, and we're working on gathering the weaponary.

We're preparing a group of surveyers who should arrive tomorrow via aircraft to find a suitable location. Within a week, planning and arrival will begin.
