Polockistan's Chief Minister, Nathan Barrett, was assassinated today during a groundbreaking ceremony outside of the new EduCare center to be built in Polockistan City. Intelligence points to anti-LifeWyze terrorists, and the Ministry of Civil Investigation will team up with the Ministry of International Intelligence to find and capture the perpetrators of this horrendous crime.
A special election will be held in two days to elect the next Chief Minister. The candidates are Mitchell Lynn, the current Minister of Foreign Affairs, Arthur Gurtz, Minister of Domestic Development, Frank Montgomery, Minister of Labor, and Saul Meggido, Minister of Education.
