The Confederation of Independent Planets (CIP) is hosting a bi-annual war games . All member nations in the CIP are advised and strongly urged to join this exercises and future exercises .
Non-CIP members who wish to join this exercise must sign-up for CIP membership at HERE (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=469292) first before joining this exercise .
*Ttitle of Military Exercise/War Game : Operation Hammer
*Date : 5 RL Days from 1st June 06
*Length : 1 RL Day
*Objective : To increase all CIP member's fighting capability and speed to respond against threats .
*Exerise Plan :
-Live Firing Range : Several tin warships from lengths of 400m to 2km will be used as targets in a live firing exercise . All CIP member nation vessels will be fitted with IR receivers and hooked up to a super-network . The target vessels will have IR guns .
-Boarding Exercise : In this exercise member nations will participate in a attempt to board and capture a 4 km long tin ship which will have Droids with IR Weapons . The target ship itself will have IR weapons and firing at the boarding ship's IR receivers to determine damage .
-Orbital Bombardment : Member Nation's vessels will participate in a exercise in which ground forces will descend from orbit and attempt to capture a small moon held by droids and IR gun emplacements . The main cap ships will be engaged by droid tin ships fitted with IR guns .
*Cost : Each member nation is advised to donate 4 Billion USD for this exericise . This donation is optional .
