Your Armies are high for September 1939, it won't be until 1941 that the Forces of the Soviet Union get near that. In Semtember 1939 they number around 60-80 divisions, made up of around 1.8 million men and divided into around 4-5 fronts. http://www.spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/RUSred.htm
