Gavineous Roguseous, Dictator of Vorpistan, had the look of a person who hadn't slept in two days. It had been an entire week. As he read the latest report on the situation in southern Vorpistan, he rubbed the growth on his chin. He flipped the paper back onto his desk and started pacing the room. Gavineous' advisors stood at attention until he abruptly started the chew out they all had been expecting.
"This is PATHETIC! You can't even handle a small rebellion in OUR OWN COUNTRY? Now you expect me to say some magic words and it will all go away. It doesn't work that way. Especially when you let it grow to millions of people!"
Gavineous paused as he saw, Paul Kendrick, the new military intelligence advisor, walk into the room.
"Sir, we have accumulated a rough estimate of the rebel forces. Since they have taken the two military bases in the area, they have land-based infantry numbering in the thousands, a small squadron of fighters and bombers, and all tanks that were stationed at these two bases."
"...And how many tanks were at the bases?"
"Over one half of our entire military's supply. Our factory is in the region...the rebels took it last night as well."
"Great, so not only do they have two bases, a small army and air force, and the entire military captured or converted that was stationed in southern Vorpistan, but they have the main tank factory of all of Vorpistan. As of right now, put the base closest to the rebellion on high alert. I will give you more orders after this. You are all dismissed."
