H-Town Tejas

CIUDAD NAGARAKU, PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF H-TOWN TEJAS (DALLAS EXCLAVE, UNDER MARTIAL LAW)
Carmelo Mendez hopped off his bunk in the small military base, loaded up his AK-103, and jumped in the back of a Tejano Proletariat Army Vodnik as his 22:00 to 2:00 patrol shift began. With martial law in effect in the Dallas Exclave, Tejano soldiers were patrolling the streets of Ciudad Nagaraku, formerly Dallas, 24/7/365.
Mostly, nothing ever happened. IX Division del Ejercito was the most well-equipped, well-trained unit in the entire TPA for management of Dallas. The idiot fascist supporters that had once run amok in the city were almost never there nowadays.
"Hey, Chico," Carmelo said to the soldier next to him, "Maybe those fascistas estupidas have finally learned their lesson."
All of a sudden, gunfire sounded from an alleyway. The Vodnik stopped as the driver was cut down by 5.56x45mm rounds.
"What the hell!" Chico said, "Dammit, Carmelo, you jinxed us!"
"Sorry, bro," Carmelo said as he jumped out of the Vodnik. He saw eight white men in leather jackets and steel-toed combat boots, outlawed in the Dallas Exclave. All eight carried HK 33 assault rifles, some with HK 79 underbarrel grenade launchers. A ninth man, wearing old Social Republic of Texas Army fatigues, stood in the middle, with a scoped HK 53.
"Eat that, you damn wetbacks!" the man in fatigues shouted as he blasted away at the other TPA soldiers who had jumped out along with Carmelo.
"Shut up, birdshit!" Carmelo said, firing a VOG-25 from his GP-30 underbarrel grenade launcher. It exploded, ripping up five of the men with HK 33s. Everyone except the more skilled fatigue man were cut down by 7.62mm fire from the AK-103s.
Fatigues pulled out a radio, "The Commies are firing on us! Get down here or you're not Aryans!"
The Vodnik's PKM cut him down soon after he said that.
"Wait..." Chico said, "There are more of these guys?"
That's when they heard cars and footstep noises only made by steel-toed boots. Surrounding the Tejano patrol was a small army of the fascists.
"Does that answer your question, Chico?" Carmelo said.
The next day, similar skirmishes broke out all over the Dallas Exclave. The area was the last to come under Tejano Proletariat Army control during the revolution, and was simply baked in the Social Republic of Texas's fascist propaganda.
When Ryouta Nagaraku became the undisputed ruler of the PRH-TT, the first thing he did was put the exclave under martial law with 10,000 of the most well-equipped Tejano soldiers. IX Division del Ejercito has the right to do anything in the Exclave, and that has made it unpopular with the population. Their strongpoints lie on the Exclave's coast, at la Bandera Roja General Military Base. They also control the south and west sides of Ciudad Nagaraku.
The rebels were a group called the Texan Anti-Communist Party. The group has about 20,000 members, uses old Social Republic of Texas weaponry, and is led by fascist Adolph Kramer. It seeks support from fascist and anti-communist nations, and is popular with the mostly white population of the exclave. Its strongpoints are in the interior and on the north and east sides of Ciudad Nagaraku.
