With the current affairs of the Galaxy and others the High Command of Neo Zeta feels it needs to bulk up its forces. A plan submited by Grand Admiral Shishio code named "Chaotic Era Preparations" Calls for three or four new fleets be added to Neo Zeta with in four to five years. It also calls for a more professional military in terms of training. The minimel age will also be lowered to 13.
More changes in this plan will be realsed soon in a more in depth report.
