The minister of Justice and Defense has been given permission to qacquire a number of small patrol boats for the relatively new Greater Luftsgerden Fleet. The GLF wishes to acquire about twenty boats that fulfill these requirements:
The boat must be able to operate in heavy seas, shallows, and rivers.
It must be able to be operated by a crew of less than 10.
It must be able to carry a five-man (or more) Special Operations squad.
It must have a range in excess of 500 miles, and must be able to quarter its crew (not necessarily the soldiers.)
It must have an armament capable of anti-ship and anti-personnel combat.
It must be high speed, capable of at least 30 knots.
each ship must be under 1.5 million dollars.
Any Manufacturer of a ship that fulfills all or at least 4 of the first 6requirements, and the last requirement should post here their entry for the contract bid. Thank you for your time.

Update:
Loooking at similar ships, the Ministry finds that the crew requirement is to small for a ship that is required to do so much. Therefore the crew requirement is changed to the following:
The ship must be able to be properly operated by a small crew, of less than 30, although an even smaller crew is preferred.

While we will still consider Hochberg's entry, we find it a little too large, slow, and not well enough armed. A good template for the ship the GLF needs is the USN's Cyclone -class Patrol craft
The GLF needs ships along those lines, yet perhaps with more of an anti-ship capability, and accomadations for a squad or so of Marines/Spec Ops.

I sold this design to Geneticon, and you'll have to buy it from him, but here's something that should suit your needs.
