Well, I'm sorry if this doesn't make much sense, but I'd like a bit of clarification. So I've been made to understand that there are some custom designs of military equipment that are created by NSers, but are considered MT designs, despite not currently existing. Is this true, or are they all considered PMT? If so, then they should be feasible in today's RL world, correct? And if this is also true, then, why are NS-grade militaries (specifically navies) so post-modern seeming?
