Empress Serena had decided to Hold a Ball at Hatarian Hong Kong, To Show the world that Hataria wasn't all war like and could be Greater then its arch-rivals like Questers, TFU, Roman Republic and Kraven. Serena her self would Host the ball, along with the New Shogun, Nadia.

Trribune Zehk of the Second Tribunal will attend the Hatarian Ball. The OoFRaOK wishes to enquire as to wether or not alcohol will be served at this function.

The Emperor was kicking back, enjoying a cigar and a tall cool brew, when his secretary walked in and handed him an envelope. " What the hell is it now?"

His secretary, a tall, slim lady in her mid-thirty's named Annette, said, " Looks like an invitation. It's from Hataria."

"Hataria? Where are they having the party, on a battlefield? Lemme see it."

He read it over and sighed. " This is a once in a lifetime thing, Annette." He looked her over, and approved of what he saw. " Wanna go to a dance?"

She looked at him cooly. " Do you even know how to dance, my lord?", she asked with an imperious shake of her long red hair.

" No, but I'm a quick learner. Whattya say?"

She looked at him for a long second or two. He had quite the rep with the ladies. " Is dancing ALL that is going to be involved?"

" Hey, I make no promises. This is an official gathering of the rich and powerful, not Saturday night at the roadhouse. C'mon, I swear I won't grab your ass more than necessary...while we're dancing, of course."

Her smile was slow in coming, but come it did. " As long as there are a couple of your guards to protect me.....alright, I'll go." Then the all too familiar look on her face. " I have absolutely nothing to wear! I MUST go shopping!" She almost ran out of the room, panic stricken.

" Hey," he yelled after her, I like green......!"

National Security Advisor Frank Lee entered the room, where President Roberto Sanchez sat at his desk. "Mr. President," Lee began, "I have recieved word from the Director of the Bonstocknian Special Services that Hataria intends on hosting an international party in its colony of Hong Kong."

"Hey, now that's a good idea," Sanchez replied. "We got to get someone over there to 'participate.'"

"Sir, as you are aware, Bonstock has no diplomatic relations with Hataria, and no ambassador in that country. If we had any they were withdrawn after the recent incident."

"We need to get someone in there, though. Send a good BSS agent to establish diplomatic relations. If all goes well, he'll become ambassador to Hataria."

"I'll contact the director, sir."

The Federal Republic of Bonstock will be sending a delegate to participate in the confrence at Hong Kong. Assuming all goes well, Bonstock will endeavour to establish full diplomatic relations with Hataria at the conclusion, and the details of said relations will be worked out at the confrence. We sincerely hope to form a strategic partnership with the government of Hataria to preserve peace in the world and ensure prosperity among our two nations. We look forward to attending.
