Early Saturday morning, a man (his name may not be disclosed at the time) emerged from his house, carrying his sawed-off shotgun (which is legal in Parkus) after hearing noise in his yard, and discovered a youth spraying his wall with spray-paint, spelling out a gang signs along with two other boys. The man opened fire, witho-out hesitation, opened fire on the youth, killing him instantly with the first volly.
Later, the man was arrested for manslaughter. The Emperor, who will judge the trial, plans to fully aquit the man, for defense of his home and property. It was well known, that it is against the law for minors to buy, or posses spray-paint, without help from their legal-guardians. Thus, the parents will be given a full lecture on the diciplining of their offspring, especially, if the paint was stolen.
The unfortunate boy's funeral will be held Tuesday, the Emperor will be in attendence, as he does not advocate, killing needlessly. And does not support the mans actions. And says he is not joyful over the boy's death, but will NOT hold the killer responsible for his actions.

Like the Emperor said, he does NOT advocate shooting the boy, but says "is all we ask is that people don't break and enter and harm other's property...that's not too much to ask". He also said he would not have kiilled the boy, and does not reccomend it. If the man had killed to boy under slightly different curcumstances, he would have been put to-death. But, the man may have thought that the boy had a gun..after all, one shouldent risk his life for criminals.

The punishment for graffiting is generally 2 monthes in a rehabilitation center, and much harsher punishments for repeated offense.

Patriot news: an investigation is being conducted to locate the other two boys, and is first being done in minority neighborhoods. The Emperor maintains he is not racist, but says that minorities have the highest grafitti-rate in the country, and that is a fact that he must take advantage of.
