''To all nations,
Assalamu'Alaykum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh. I, the Grand Vizier, Mohammad Ibn Khalid have been instructed by my Sultan, Ali III to ask for diplomatic relations to be established. If you are interested in diplomatic relations, I ask that you contact us so that we can discuss them. We look forward to things like trade and embassies.''
