A billionaire, Valere De Portio turned his mansion into his own nation (Like Peter Griffin on Family Guy and his Petoria). Valere named himself Emperor of his own mansion, giving his wife, Empress and his sons Princes and his daughters, Princesses. Also living there was a Buddhist friend of Valere, and other people as well.
The Buddhist who served as Foreign Minister, decided to open relations with the world.

My nation will expand, I guess. I knew I would have to deal with things like this.
Valere De Portico has tooken the city of Vice City and is now its ruler (Vice City may sound like the one from GTA). Valere De Portico is now the ruler of a city-state. There is no state religion, all are tolerated.

I think I've read up on it. Valere may not allow them to come to Vice City then, he does not want religious violence at all.

Valere De Portico has tooken the city of San Andreas as well as the cities of Riverdale and St. Sophia. He may choose to expand more, and note he is not conquering them but peacefully expanding.

Valere is now the leader of a nation. He is the leader of Salamandria and has extended his tolerance of all religions and other things all over this land. He has made it into a one-party state and is now President of Salamandria.

I am changing my leader's name.
Karou has seen a lot of odd nations. This was even odder. A Nation ran totaly by a Billionair? But this could be advantageous. Kanami would get another freind, and a rather wealthly freind too. One that could give a lot to the World Bank, and ECOSOC. Karou was primarley socialist, not a lot of pro-capitalism, but that wasn't up to her.
