A faint and distant message was recieved via the Empire's comm systems, an ancient race known as the Cassiopeians were returning to conquer the galaxy or something but they wanted to end the reign of Palpatine

"Send message back if you can, the signal may be weak by the time they reach it" Admiral Cooper Slinney responded to the intial news of the message, "We the Holy Empire of Bekhaera's High Guard wish to seek information on this impending war, can you really hope to defeated the entire empire and its sith allies...if so we wish to help in some way"

the message ended and Cooper sat back down onboard the Vitalus

EGO: Riiiiiiiight. Anyway, Id. Why the bloody hell are we here?

EGO: Oh for the love of... Id, you want to kill everything we find on the broad-specs. Why the bloody hell should this one be any different?

ID: Because it's funny? No? Well fine. How about them threatening our allies?

Although the Dratherians hated the Galactic Empire they hated the Casseopians above all. The Battlefleets moved out and contacted the GE and sent a message,

We offer our assistance in the coming battle with the Casseopians. No matter what are battles and problems we are now allies in battle.

-LOGGED ON-

Official report of Section Three, Intelligence. As of 0700 standard a transmission was intercepted by Guild merchant ships in the area of Fondor, Galactic Empire space. Enemy known as the Cassiopean Galaxy identified. Head of Section Three has instigated a level 5 alert level. Grand Admiral Ver'ack alerted and mobilization of previous alert already in accordance. Awaiting orders.

-LOG END-

Treize Kushrenada sat in the darkened room of his office. It was still dark and overcast today on Dor Lomin Prime. His palace/presidential residence was like a great marble bird bowl as water poured down from the sky filling the grounds and aquaducts.

The only light eminating from his personal computer consul. The report was a disturbing one. Just before he had made his successful coup de'tat against the Thrashian Imperial Family more than three years before, the Thrashian Empire had funded and actively supported in destroying the rogue nation of TCG.

"For this 'wild card' to appear on the stage now...is disturbing to say the least."

A small video screen was on the monitor. A young man wearing an OZ officers uniform was in it. He nodded.

"From what we know they are remnants of the original TCG. I recommend that we act fact Excellency. Unless this threat is neutralized quickly it could lead to upsetting GE plans," said the young officer.

"Indeed, and as a new member of the Galactic Empire we would be found lacking if we did not answer quickly to this gauntlent thrown before us," mused Treize.

"Of course your Excellency. The 1st Mobile Fleet is preparing as we speak, I can have us out in-"

"That won't be neccassary," interupted Treize. The officer balked visably at this interuption. He coughed slightly and cocked an eyebrow.

"Sir?"

"I will have Grand Admiral Ver'ack handle this. The Imperial Reserve forces, remnants as you know of the old Imperial Thrashian Fleet, have not yet served in a battlefield situation. I wish to test their faith and loyalty to me. If they prove themselves admirable and good soldiers...then I will be able to fully accept their strength," said Treize.

"But sir!" the officer nearly yelled. "The 1st Mobile Fleet is already mobilizing after Section 3's warning. We could slaughter them!"

"Consider this a gesture of humility towards TCG. Remember this for the future: a war with no humility only gives rise to massacre. The Imperial Reserve will do, and you shall be satisfied with that."

"Yes your Excellency...I apoligize."

"Very well, inform Grand Admiral Ver'ack that he has his 'marching orders'," said Treize. The vid screen closed as the officer saluted and the computer screen went blank.

Julian System | Imperial Reserve Fleet Rally Point

Grand Admiral Ver'ack stood on the bridge of his command Super Star Destroyer the Right to Rule. Before him were thirty odd 1/4th sized holographic images of his fleet captains.

"Is it understood then gentlemen that you can fully accept this?" asked Ver'ack. While emotion was hard to read through holograms and especially ones that were viewed smaller than real life, Ver'ack gazed at them levelly gauging their reactions.

Captain Piotrek, commander of the ISD Ventra spoke up. "Sir, I think I speak for all of us that this is a test from Excellency Treize. Why else would he send us instead of his precious OZ boys? I suggest we show him how well we can handle this enemy and finally prove our loyalty to Thrashia."

Ver'ack nodded and Captain Piotrek's words were met with a general approval of mumbling and nodding from the other assembled captains.

"Very well then. You have your orders. Thanks to Section Three we have traced the origin of the transmission they so kindly sent out. Alls left is to send in the cavalry," said Ver'ack. "Dismissed." The figures all saluted and as a group disappeared.

Ver'ack walked back to his command chair and sat down. The crew pit was active, final prepertions for traveling through hyperspace being made, coordinates being re-alighned. His adjutant Captain Quad stood nearby as well, holding his hands behind his back and seeming the ideal officer in his crisp olive gray uniform.

"Captain, is my ship ready?" asked Ver'ack.

"The ship is ready and at your command Grand Admiral," said Quad, coming to attention.

"Then lets get going. Signal a general message to go into hyperspace."

"Yes sir."

A battle group of one SSD, 24 ISDs, 18 Venator SDs, 10 Carrack Cruisers, and several dozen Lancer and Nebula B frigates launched into hyperspace; their engines leaving a bright path in their wake. Their destination:The Cassiopeia Galaxy.

Onboard the Nova Sword Emperor Nova looked out across the sea of stars as over 5000 ships readied themselves for the coming battle. Emperor Nova sent a message to the Thrashian fleet,

Grand Admiral Ver'ack listened as the comms officer read the message from the Dratherian Fleet. They were still in transit from the Julian System and had stopped at a rest point for a short time. Ver'ack frowned slightly as the officer finished reading the message.

"Coordinates? They want us to give it to them? And help?" Ver'ack asked himself. The officer wisely held his tongue, recognizing a retorical question when he saw one.

Ver'ack turned to the officer. "I will make a recorded message for you to reply with ensign."

"Yes sir."

Dratherian Emperor, this is Grand Admiral Ver'ack of the Earth Sphere Unified Nation of Thrashia and commander-in-chief of the Imperial Reserve taskforce. I am on a mission to destroy the TCG survivors. I am submitting their destination coordinates in this message. However, we do not request or wish for your aid in battle; thank you very much. Good day and good luck. Ver'ack out.

They had called, and they received an answer.

The Copen Galaxy would join the Cassiopeians in their war against the Sith Empire.

General mobilization was called for as preparations for war were made. Thousands of Military-class Colonies, fifty-mile-long, eight-mile-in-diameter cylinders, each capable of holding an entire battle fleet and invasion force, were filled to the brim with Den'an, Berga, and Vigna series mobiles suits, Argama-class multi-role assault cruisers, Dolos III-class mobile suit assault carriers, Columbus II-class landing craft, Zamouth series battleships, cruisers and destroyers, Destroid series land combat mechs, former Sopot powered armors, APCs, Type 61 main battle tanks, and tens of millions of troops to run them all, as well as act as infantry against the infamous Imperial Storm Trooper Legions.

And leading them all would be Supreme Commander Feronen Selinorasi.

The Claw of the Void.

Before their departure to the Cassiopeia Galaxy, a general meeting was held with every General and Admiral participating in the impending invasion.

"Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. I thank you all for being here to serve your Republic. However, we must dispense with the pleasantries. We have much to talk about."

Feronen pressed a single key on the arm of his chair, and a hologram appeared showing the entirety of the Star Wars Galaxy.

"As you all know, the Galactic Empire has never been able to take a firm hold of their own galaxy in its entirety, which means most of the assault will take place in areas where we will be fighting the Hutts, too."

Several areas were selected, showing where the Hutts had control, specifically the area ironically dubbed Hutt Space.

"The Hutts will be easier to deal with, especially if we promise them fortunes and the galaxy as a whole, but that is a back-up plan."

Feronen pressed a series of buttons, which made the area known as the Ssi-Ruuk Star Cluster light up.

"We will, however, have many problems with the Ssi-Ruuvi, who are always intent on invading the planet Bakura. If we assault their first, we may be able to slide in through the Unknown Regions and pass straight in towards the Core Worlds."

Feronen pressed another series of keys, and the galaxy panned out, lighting up the hyperlane trade routes that passed through the length of the galaxy.

"Or, we can take the trade lanes, and take every planet along the way while doing it. If we do, we may be able to significantly push any Imperial resistance back towards the Corporate sector and Coruscant. If we do this, we can have the Cassiopeians invade from the Galactic North, and we could invade from the Galactic South."

The map then blinked off. Feronen looked around the room.

"Votes on plan A?"

Two of the thirty one commanders raised their hand.

"Then it's unanimous. We're taking the trade routes."

Soon after their desicision was made, a wormhole opened, allowing the burgeoning fleet of ten thousand Colonies to pass through.

Within ten minutes, the entire fleet was through, and the wormhole sealed them in.

Grand General Chimaera looked at the Grand Army before her, Battle Droids by The Thousands, most were the old Models but new and deadlier types of Droids, like Chimaera's own Four armed Kali Droids, armed with Lightsabers, and the RD-XC War Droids, large tank sized Monsters armed with Cannon sized Blasters, these new Droids were not the only things new, The The AT-TT (All Terain Tripod Transport) or Tripod Walkers, TY-Blade Speeders, YNI-700 Anti-Tank Walkers, Super-AT-ATs, Tank Killer Airspeeders and Beatle walkers were the Newest in ground Weapons.

new Fighters like The Cobra Mark II and the Scorpion Mark I Starfighters were built to take out enemy starfighters and the Dread Python Mark II Anti-Ship Bomber could help take a enemy Capital ship out.

This was the New age of War.....Chimaera would soon be ready for War, and Palpatine would Bow to her.

Without pretext or warning the Imperial Reserve taskforce blasted out of hyperspace. Ships exited in perfect formation, relying on skills honed after decades of practiced service and performance. Ver'ack was silently proud of his men as he watched the tactical screen, seeing all ships exit and get in position without needing orders to do so.

"Grand Admiral we have arrived in The Cassiopeia Galaxy," said Captain Quad.

"What does CommScan detect, I want a system-wide scan," ordered Ver'ack, turning his command chair to the sensor array consul station.

The CommScan ensign operator sat working his controls in a practised flurry, his hands gliding over the panel without seeming to have the need to concentrate. The ensign apparently done turned to Ver'ack.

"Admiral, we've detected a number of ships; as of right now I am having the computers identify them, to see if we have them on record. However we have detected a number of planets and a series of droid pattern signals have been detected," the operator said.

Ver'ack nodded. "That would be their ground army."

"Shall the fleet deploy," asked Captain Quad.

"Not yet. First I want you to send a message back to the Epion command. Tell them we may need reinforcements. If these fools happen to have number superiorty on us then I want to have some friends coming to back us up. Have Vice Admiral Pidoren command the group that comes," ordered Ver'ack.

"Yes sir."

The Thrashian fleet took up a defensive pattern on the outskirts of the system, Tie reconnascience fighters were deployed and were searching the areaa in close proximity. It was time to see if the TCG would make a move.

The Mandatory Suicide remained in Dimensional Space, trailing the ships to the new home of their Prey.

With the usual utter lack of spectacle, the battlefleet suddenly existed in TCG space, as if it had always been there. Moving towards a secondary world, the armada began to deploy its massive fighter wings, which assumed defensive positions around the core of the fleet, their KK drives forming an impenetrable wall of emerald light.

"Yes captain I agree, 'Holy Shit' would accurately describe the situation," said Grand Admiral Ver'ack dryly. The CommScan final report had just finished its calculations. The Thrashian task force was outnumbered by at least 60 to 1.

"Sir, I've just sent the reinforcement message-"

"Send them the Alpha Code. Now."

"Sir!?" asked Captain Quad. He turned and looked at Grand Admiral Ver'ack. The fleet admiral had a deep glare in his eyes.

"We have no time. If they're to get here in time, we cannot rely on our hyperdrives. The Fold System will be much faster," said Ver'ack simply.

"Of course sir...which coordinates?"

"To our left flank."

"Yes Admiral."

Captain Quad walked over to the comm station and took the headset from the operator. He pressed in the command frequincy for long-distance-communication of the Epion. A waiting comm officer on the other end answered.

"Epion command, awaiting orders."

"Epion Command, this is Captain Quad. You are ordered to activate Code Alpha. All presently ready ships are to arrive at this coordinate: Jaeger-beta-7-feta. You have 10 minutes to comply."

"Yes sir," said the officer calmly, more so than Quad was.

The Fold System had been developed by Section 3 and a team of Thrashia's best physicists and engineers. A space folding drive system. One that could envelope a number of ships and quickly, nearly in the blink of an eye, send them to another part of the galaxy; all based upon the start point and end point. It had only been finished a year before and had been tested only four times. To use in a battle situation (as it was designed for) so soon was disturbing to Quad.

Captain Quad walked back to the command chair. Grand Admiral Ver'ack was studying a tactical screen, enemy ships were moving closer after having detected the Thrashians enter the space territory.

"Code Alpha has been initiated sir. Compliance will be in 10 minutes."

"Very good Quad. I will go to my command room for the battle, I leave the bridge to you," said Ver'ack. With the press of a button the floor beneath the admiral's command chair opened. Like a elevator he sank beneath the bridge and the floor closed up. Quad cleared his throat and set his feet firmly on the bridge floor.

"Prepare for battle stations! All pilots to their fighters! Gunners to their stations! Shields to full!" he called.

Ver'ack's chair stopped within his hallowed command room. A special edition to his command ship the Right to Rule once he had come to command the Imperial Reserve. It was based upon the MAGI computer system, allowing for him to control massive fleets with instant communications and a present-time display tactical hologram.

"Computer on."

With a whirl of gears and sparks of light the massive holo table turned on. Immediately a field of space showed. His task force appeared on the outskirts of the table. A massive portion of ships from the TCG homeworld was moving toward them. Ver'ack put on a head set and sat down comfortably.

"All Star Destroyers are to form a defensive jagged-line formation," Ver'ack said into his mike. "Carrack cruisers and Lancer Frigates are to take up strong points on the line's angles. Nebula B frigates are to take up rear positions and help when needed."

He watched as his ships moved into position. The Venator and Imperator Star Destroyers moved into a defensive line as he had commanded (ie: ^^^^) facing the oncoming enemy.

"Once they come into range, all heavy turbolaser batteries are to concentrate on enemy capital ships. Fighters are to launch on my command."

A voice crackled over his headset. It was Captain Quad. "Sir, our reinforcements will arrive in five minutes."

"We'll be engaged by then, continue as I command until then," he responded.

"Affirmative sir, and good luck." Quad cut the line.

It was three minutes before the TCG ships came into range. Ver'ack turned on a signal to the entire fleet.

"Thrashians! Brothers! Sons of the Empire! Today we prove ourselves to our forefathers! Today we will set a precedent for those who are cowards! Today, we fight!"

A cheer of tremendous strength was heard over the comm. Ver'ack opened a comm line to anyone listening in space, meaning the TCG ships as the fleet crewmen opened up with their battle chant.

"Death! Death! DEATH!"

They came into range.

"Fire!"

With a tremendous roar a massive bombardment of heavy turbolaser batteries opened up on the TCG ships.

The Cassiopeians were soon attacked, but their shields held, two Victory Class Star destroyers were damaged. The Cassiopeians Soon sent out their Star Fighters, X-wings, TIE Intercepters, Cobra Mark I, Python Heavy Bombers, Droid Gunships, Borading Ships and others. The Small ships soon headed for the enemy Fleet.

Also entering the battle was The Terror, The Large Ship (Which looks like a Droid Tri-Fighter) soon fired one of it's Four Superlasers, Three Turning Superlasers and one Main one. TIE Defenders pooring out of the Hangers.

The Battle of Cassiopeia Prime had started.

High Command was not a big room. It was not a grand room. It was not a technological marvel. It wasn't even extremely comfortable. But it was absolutely secret and largeli impenetrable. That was what you really needed in the head-quarters of a modern fascist junta. It was a good HQ.

But it was getting more than a little boring. Not just the place, but the constant "AMF syndrome nation attacks GE. Let's kill some shit!" style briefings. And now you didn't even get to look up a new damn nation for the job!

"Perhaps this time young Schelner can get his hands on a planet before some idiot detonates a planet-killer on us."

There was some quiet laughter.

"I've requested the maps and such from No Endorse. Second Grosseflotte is available for mobilzation, with Dernel's fleet for rapid response. Menkeln and Felfner will be ready shortly, and all army units are available."

"All?"

"From the lowest infantry man with his lasgun, to the Morder MBTs, to the new Krieg-kaisers."

"I get to play with Krieg-kaisers! Consider this done."

There was more laughter.

Grand Admiral Ver'ack watched as his task force's opening barrage brought some heavy damage to the splinter group of ships belonging to TCG. At least two of the ships were heavily damaged. Fighters, of all types by the looks of it, launched the hangers of the enemy fleet.

"All Tie Interceptors, V38 Devastators, and Phantoms to launch," ordered Ver'ack into his head set. "Fighter captains are to concentrate on confusing the enemy fighters and then concentrating on attack runs against enemy capital ships."

Without a noted response Ver'ack watched as a minature cloud of what seemed like insects launch in a great wave from his ships defensive line. The swarm moved forward and began engaging the enemy fighters.

"All ships, a general advance of 100 kilometers. Full fire potential, ion cannons to concentrate on your designated targets."

A Lancer frigates slid past a group of Venators and into the space beyond. There a deadly duel of fates was in the process. Thrashian Tie pilots and TCG fighters were fighting, it was like a great symphony of death. The lancer frigate and its brothers advanced into the fighter melee like a giant wielding a maul. The targetting computers of the frigats quickly began picking out targets, cutting a bloody swath through the fighters.

Captain Quad watched as the entire line, still in formation, gently advanced forward. Several enemy Victory-class Star Destroyers and a large droid-looking ship. Without warning it fired a salvo of large laser beams. They struck the Praetor Imperial Star Destroyer. Its shields failed after the first beam struck it and the following ones assured its destruction.

http://i19.photobucket.com/albums/b184/Upum/Star%20Wars/bomb.jpg

"Holy mother of God...ALL SHIPS! CONCENTRATE HEAVY TURBOLASER FIRE ON THAT SHIP!" called Captain Quad. He was very nearly hesteric. Such a beast on the battlefield was dangerous. He watched as nearly the entire fleet of ISDs responded without having the need to confirm the order.

The secondary comms officer looked up from the crew pit, all act of going through a deck officer first forgotten; and Quad didn't even think to reprimand him.

"Sir, our reinforcements are arriving!"

Quad turned to look out into space. There on the far left flank of the Thrashian line space seemed to shimmer. Without warning a large massive group of ships appeared out of the black of space. A hazy comm signal came through.

"....This is Vice Admiral Pidoren, Imperial Reserve Force reinforcements. Do you copy Right to Rule," came a crackling voice.

"Affirmative Admiral," responded the comm officer. "This is the Right to Rule Super Star Destroyer. I will patch you through to Grand Admiral Ver'ack and his command line function."

"Very well. Looks like we got here just in time too."

Captain Quad could almost have kissed the ugly hard-assed ancient Vice Admiral when he saw the task force that had folded space. There sat a great armada of what looked like a hundred ships of either ISD, Venator, or Victory class Star Destroyers; not to mention the large swarm of smaller ships as well.

Grand Admiral Ver'ack smiled as he saw his reinforcements appear on his holotable. The loss of the Praetor had been shaking. The voice of Vice Admiral Pidoren was even more reassuring.

"Reporting for duty sir."

"Very good Pidoren, glad you could make the party," said Ver'ack.

"Oh, you know me sir, couldn't decide which Star Destroyer I wanted to bring along."

"How many have you brought?"

"I brought most of Battle Group Shadaum and Battle Group Veers, all in all: about 64 ISDs, 28 Venators, 32 Victorys, and something near 100 Dreadnoughts," said Pidoren with his grizzly tone. "Nearly all the old Katana models."

"Indeed. They'll be useful."

"What are my battle orders?"

"Have Battle Group Shadaum swing into the flank of the enemy in a Tetra Assault Pattern. Envelope their flank with my center. Have the Dreadnoughts enter a short hyperspace jump to the right, and then swing on their flank there."

"Off to it sir," said Pidoren. His voice died and the comm line was broken. With the new surge in reinforcements Ver'ack new his fleet would be heartened by it and want to battle harder now. He watched as his plan showed itself upon the holotable.

All of the newly arrived ISDs, Venators, and Victory Star Destroyers engaged their drives and moved quickly. Ver'ack was to bless the power that their engines employed. With practised precission the Star Destroyers formed into a three layered battle line, three in height and width, forming a large rectangular block almost.

With what would seem like an infantry brigades parade ground marching precision, the Star Destroyer formation wheeled and smashed into the right flank of the TCG ships, turbolasers flashing hotly and new swarms of Tie Interceptors launching to engage the enemy.

At the same time the original center of the Thrashian line advanced even more, thus forcing ships of TCG into a pocket cross-fire between the new flanking Thrashian ships and the Thrashian center.

At the same time that the two groups of Thrashian ships adanved, the massive number of Dreadnoughts slaved togethor and make a quick hyperspace jump. They came out behind and to the left of the enemy formation.

Captain Gerrard, Dreadnought Group commander, smiled as his ship got into a great layered 'V' formation. "All ships to make a general advance into the enemy. All heavy batteries to concentrate on capital ships. Don't worry about fighters unless they get close."

Once more the Thrashians advanced, nearly in time with the other two groups advancing, and the wave of Dreadnoughts launched themselves like a force of nature upon the right flank of the TCG line.

"Report?"

"All ships have assumed a generic sublight battle formation, no sensor reading on the enemy as of yet."

"Send a destroyer to the system edge, take a reading, and get her right back to the warp. While it's their, try and open comms with any anti-TCG forces, imperial or otherwise. Our enemy's enemy is, after all, our ally."

"Aye sir."

Shortly later, the Kobra class destroyer Hohlermann de-warped on the edge of the system and took a scan, before sending a message to the Thrashian flagship.

Captain Quad smiled as his comm officer relayed the message. He turned to the young deck officer. "Tell the Boozians that they may enter the fray at their own discretion. Red Leader said, as she opened Fire on a enemy Fighter.

Two Galaxy Class Battlefrigates and 10 ISDs soon started Fireing on the enemy Super Star Destroyer with Missiles and Torpedoes. Bombers dived at the enemy ship, releseing their payloads at the bridge of the Super Star destroyer.

The Terror soon started fireing, with its 200 Ion Cannons and 4,000 Turbolasers, blasting at the enemy ships. even useing it's Superlasers every once and a while.

a Second Fleet was on its way to engage the enemy, one Eclispe Class Super Star Destroyer, 67 Victory Class Star Destroyers, 23 Republic Class Star Destroyers and 123 Rancor Class Frigates soon Jumped into Hyperspace. this battle would not end soon.

With a swirl of emerald lanterns, the Otagian fleet entered a high orbit of the target world. One of the production bases targetted for destruction, it would be the first Casseopian world to fall to the Avatar battlefleet. The fighters re-entered defensive positions around the fleet, their singularities again acting as a wall against their foes. Reorienting themselves, a squadron of Bucephalus cruisers aimed their Malkavian Doctors towards the planet below, while presenting their broadsides to aid in defensive efforts. Their weapons charged, they now waited, seeing what the Casseopians would do, letting them decide the fate of this world, placing the destruction of millions of lives in their own hands.

Fairly near the engagement, a hole was torn, not in any visible material, not even in simple matter, but in reality. Impossible colours and shapes tumbled out of the gap, mouths and claws sprouting and receding randomly, until the last ship disengaged its drive, and the overburdened laws of physics slammed the hole shut with a vengence.

The Boozian fleet became visible to the naked eye (if you were prepared to sit in a vacuum watching, that was) as windows opened, running lights activated, and guns were run out. After a sharp turn, they prepared to charge the Cassiopeaen flank, plasma engines glowing like stars as torpedoes were launched and nova-cannon fired, all while the enemy comm techs got a brief but sharp earful of a battlecry that they really ought to have learned to fear by now.

The Mandatory Suicide emerged from Dimensional Space into Real Space. It had followed a fleet but once it came close enough to detect the battle on long range sensors, it peeled away from its lead and turned towards the battle.

The lone imperial ship slowly approached the battle until the sensors could clearly determine who was fighting. When Cassiopeian vessels were detected, the ship faded back into T-Space again.

“Commander, I believe I have detected the location of the new Cassiopeian home. There are several battles detectable by long range sensors and TCG vessels are present. I am uploading the coordinates now.”

The captain knew soon there would be many Imperial ships arriving soon.

The noose tightened.

The massive armada of the Thrashian fleet successfully encircled the group of TCG ships that it had thus far engaged. The large massive form of the Right to Rule poured fire down upon any enemy capital ship Quad targeted, and he was choosing them one by one, letting each fall the mass of power that the SSD could deliver.

Tie Interceptor squadrons had taken some heavy losses. The enemy ARCs were well built machines, matching the speed of the Interceptors. However the god-fight of the fighters was interupted by the wave of Lancer-class frigates. These specially designed frigates, bane to the fighter, focused on the enemy now that they were encircled. Dreadnoughts and Carracks alike had suffered as well, even several Venators and another ISD.

Carrack cruisers and Dreadnoughts went between larger ships, dealing heavy broadside bombardments into the TCG vessels when they got the chance. Groups of Immobilizer Star Destroyers projected their fields, keeping any ships from jumping into hyperspace to escape.

Grand Admiral Ver'ack was happy with his results. He now already outnumbered the group of enemies that he was engaged with and he had them encirlced. He was even more pleased when he saw the ships of Nova Boozia plug up the last hole in the noose and begin firing voley after volley into the TCG ships.

"Battle Group Red, pull off attacking. Begin deploying to the front of our circle, facing TCG planets. I want no reinforcements interfering with this mop-up," he commanded.

ISDs and Venators alike in a large group climbed out from the circle and were relieved by a group of Dreadnoughts and Nebula B frigates. The group of Star Destroyers took up a defensive grid in front of the battle and faced the distant star of the TCG system.

"All ships, this is a direct order. No quarter is to be given. You have your enemy, now destroy him!"

The mass of the Imperial Reserve fleet came crashing down upon the TCG ships.

217 light years away from the engagement, buzzed the swarming collective of the Trailarii. Far below, what had once been their capital world was ablaze. Multiple "Starbuster III" class warheads had detonated on it's surface, causing a chain reaction that ultimately broke down the strong nucleic forces bonding atoms together. The process would burn itself out, but not before the burning planet was reduced to only so many sub-atomic particles of matter. Through the screen of this intense radiation, the true numbers of the collective were hard to determine. Uncountable collossal colony vessels were in the very center of the armada, with the combined broods of the forty-six Archangels surrounding them, not to mention the nine Grande Broods, or the seven peacekeeper reserve armadas. Needless to say, the Trailarii had taken a peculiar turn.
The close proximity of the Cassiopeian invasion force worried them little, in fact, that they should be in the same gust of extrasolar particles as such an inferior race repulsed them. When the fighting began, (Naturally detected by very long range phased telemetry) one thought rippled through the collective subconcious.

Bloodshed

Not long after, on the fringes of the whirling hive of over 6 billion souls, s solid-state wormhole was opened, and a single one-man vessels slipped through.
The few nations unfortunate enough to have engaged Traileric ordinance would quickly recognize the stealthy fighter that popped into the immediate TCG space in the middle of the fray. Roughly 36 km from the nearest engaged vessel, the quick little ship opened up it's thrusters and armed the compressed space field around it that would mask it's electromagnetic signature. High speed short range scanners took in the engaging elements. It seemed war was on the plate for several other species as well. Good.
Data was fed back home in databursts by a second solid state wormhole roughly a nanometer in diameter, just enough to allow a sizeable stream of data to reach through.
Again, those who had previously encountered Traileric war elements would cheerfully note that this was a good time to run like hell.

Grand Admiral Ver'ack was satisfied with the results of his attack. A large portion of the TCG fleet had been destroyed and others were retreating to the rear. The arrival of larger, and getting larger by the minute, national fleets from other nations was satisfying as well.

Ver'ack deactivated his holotable and had his chair elevate back up. Within a few moments he was once more sitting on the bridge.

"Casualty report captain," said Ver'ack. The bridge was still a-buzz with activity.

Captain Quad looked elated and tired at the same time. Quad had only been given the rank of captain a few short months before. When the Empire had still been the Empire, he had commanded a Carrack cruiser with distinction at the Battle of Thrashian Prime.

"Yes sir. We've sustained superficial damage. Our fleet has lost two Imperial Star Destroyers, seven Venator & Victory Star Destroyers, nine Dreadnoughts, and two Lancer Frigates. Fighter losses are estimated at 300-500 fighters, we won't know for sure until they all report back to their respectie ships," said Quad.

Ver'ack nodded. "Very well. Once all ships report in, set ourselves a course for return to the Julian System."

"I will sir, and we'll beat those TCG-" Quad froze.

"What!? Say that again sir."

"We're retiring from the field, Capain," said Ver'ack. "We have other orders from his Excellency. This battle is enough to prove to him what he wanted to know."

Quad swallowed and tried his best not to look disapointed of leaving. "Very well sir."

Less than an hour later the Thrashian Imperial Reserve fleet left into hyperspace, leaving the TCG to the tender mercies of others.

Id, had he had lips, would have frowned. Instead, he settled for a rather theatrical sigh, played over the speakers of the ships under his command. Not even an attempt to appease us. Ah well, might as well just blow the place to hell. Can always harvest the rubble afterwards...

Bringing the Bucephalus squadron under his direct control, Id brought the Malkavian Doctors to full power, making minute adjustments before letting them fire. The dozen beams impacted the planet squarely. After all, at this range, and at such an immobile target, how could they miss? The fleet blinked away as the field began to consume the world, molecules losing their ability to hold together, electrons losing their negative charge and shattering the planet one molecule at a time. Within seconds, the world would be a cloud of hydrogen gas, a nebula graveyard for its inhabitants.

Dooring back into reality, the Otagian fleet deployed behind the Boozians, letting the massive hulks of their vessels screen the much smaller Otagian ships from Casseopian attentions. Fighters poured forth, expanding their protective phalanx around their allied formations.

--Greetings, Boozians. I be Id, and I'm here to give the GE a bit of a hand. Not that you seem to need it, but blowing shit up is just so fun...--

Noting a familiar blip on his sensors, Id brought his attention to bear on the small Trailarii probe.

--Ah, an erstwhile ally. Be you friend or foe? I sincerely hope friend. After all, you haven't quite renounced your ties to us through the ESUS, and it would be a shame if you had to get blown to your component subatomic particles as well.--

MAC batteries peppered the enemy fleet with shells, while thier SCCAM batteries opened up, thousands of the deadly KK-driven missiles diving towards their targets, protected by the impenetrable emerald singularity at their tip. The singularities would rend the shields bare, letting the massive antimatter charges behind them to shred the armor of even the largest vessels in the enemy fleets. Hundreds of thousands of the deadly Paris drones boiled out from the Otagian fleet, diving towards the slower TIEs and other TCG fighters, weapons batteries blazing, slashing at the weak hulls of their foes, easily picking out the cockpits on the vessels and burning at the fragile organics inside.

Meanwhile, the sleek form of Joseph sailed through the black, surrounded by an honor guard of drones and Bucephali. Their guns were silent for the moment, as they arced above the solar plane, gaining a bird's eye view to the fight going on below.

The enemy might have thought they would win, but the battle would not end, The Cassiopeians had a few tricks that were to die for...

When The Cassiopeian first found one of The Yuuzhan Vong's Living Ships known as "Coralskippers" they cloned it, till one of their spies found out how to make them, useing The Cassiopeian Ti'chi Coral, The Cassiopeian Coralskippers had a bit of Inorganic tech, namely Blaster Cannons and Torpedo Launchers to be in place of the Plasma cannons, but the Dorvan Vassels were also made, they could srip the shields off enemy fighters, like they were starting too when they came, 6,000 skips came from The Planet and attacked The Otagian fighters, and also the Plan had worked, the enemy was near the Planet for The Turbolasers, Superlasers, and Ion Cannons along with Tractor Beams from The Surface too do their thing. The Tractor Beams started Drawing the Otagian ships that were Near the Planet to let the Superlasers blast them, or burn up in the atmoshpere.

For the Nova Boozian Fleet, they were to face the Missile Droids, They looked like The V-1 Buzz Bombs the germans used in Earth's Second World War, but these Locked on their Target and Armed with a Photon Warhead, these would be good against the enemy. The Droids, 5,000 of them were launched and targeted the enemy.

Back in the ruins of Trailaria Prime, a relatively small contingent of ships were being organized into formations. The recon skipper had slipped through that fixed-state wormhole. The collective conciousness murmured with interest, all those capable turned their heads to view the array of Traileric ships-of-the-line.
The Trailarii were not fools. Though their technology far surpassed that of those they ventured to meet, they would not march to war in small numbers. An entire legion was forming up, a legion of Archangel Razriel, commanded by Patriarch Necropolis, who was at that moment being shunted into the Hiveship Necropolis.
Spread before that titanic vessel stood the forces of the legion: five Juggernaughts, eleven of the smaller NR-300 carriers, twenty Diablo IX series destroyers, and a phalanx of 30 Obsidian class frigates. The holds of the carriers, Juggernaughts, and the Hiveship were crammed with over a thousand fighters (This fleet may seem small by comparison to the tens of thousands slugging it out over the contested planet, but the Trailarii had always valued quality over quantity).
Warning sirens sounded aboard the Necropolis midjump as hyperspace inhibiting gravitational anomalies were detected. Necropolis silenty began diagnostic evaluations of the inhibitor in place, and easily re-calibrated the jump coordinates to compensate. The whole shebang popped out of hyperspace some two hundred kilometers away from the primary engagement raging over the Cassiopeian planet. The Patriarch used the Necropolis itself as a doorway into the collective concious.

Attention oh Galactic Imperium, there is no further need for your warriors to waste their lives driving down the Sith. We have our own quarrels with these power crazed fools, and our militants would certainly appreciate the chance to strecth their wings after all these years.

Thus whispered the amassed voices of billions, the words echoing through the corridors of mighty GE war vessels, hoping for the go-ahead to engage. It was doubtful that the traileric Hivegroup could handle every single ship in the system without some heavy reinforcements.

Badlands - Transwarp Gate Hub Beta - Exterior

The massive structure that was the second Transwarp Gate Hub the Empire had built was originally a design of Borg origin. However, after the victory of Wolf 359 and the subsequent defeat of the Borg the next three times they had tried to assimilate Earth had allowed the United Empire Of Planets access to enough of their ships and tech to allow a trace back to their point of origin in the Delta Quadrant. The Borg had been soundly defeated and the surivors scattered as Unimatrix Zero was taken by Imperial troops. Now, the advanced Borg tech that had been reversed engineered and combined with Imperial tech had allowed access to the natural portals between the home universe and this one.

Nearby the Hub was one of the naturally occuring Trans-Dimensional Portals. Appearing as a giant, white fissure in space now that it had been widened far enough to allow travel through it.

The Portal flashed as ships passed back and forth through it. One flash in particular was of interest because the I.S.S. Nemesis NCC-1824-A, the Nemesis class (http://i17.photobucket.com/albums/b91/SeaQuest_Sim/Schematics/Jarvon/galaxyconquest_nemesis.jpg) Galaxy Conquest class ship.

I.S.S. Nemesis NCC-1824-A - Bridge

There was a soft woosh as the doors to the turbolift slid open and the man inside stepped out.

The tactical officer, a bald Vulcan male with a goatee, exclaimed, "Admiral on deck!"

The man clasped his hands behind his back and snorted. He casually strolled over to the command chair as his body guards filed out of the turbolift and took up positions around the bridge.

Sitting down, he inquired, "Are things ready for our departure?"

"Aye, sir," replied the helm officer, a young unjoined female Trill, "The Transwarp Gate Hub has been locked onto co-ordinates in the Cassiopian galaxy."

"Sir," said the communications officer, a middle aged african woman, "all ships report ready to move out."

"Good," responed the Admiral as he leaned back in his chair, "Have all ships enter their assigned Gates."

"Aye, sir."

The fleet of Imperial craft dove into the swirling vortex that marked the mouth of each Transwarp Gate. They would travel through the Transwarp Corriders to the Cassiopian Galaxy where they would emerge and take the enemy by surprise.

Estimated travel time was six hours.

Deep within T-Space the Imperial force arrived. They brought along a surprise to be delivered. The Imperial Forces began to assume position for a planned attack while remaining within the dimensional confines of T-Space. Once everything was in position, they acted.

A small probe Emerged out of T-Space and a short transmission was tight beamed to everyone fighting near the Cassiopeian homeworld. The transmission was deliberately directed away from all TCG vessels to be sure there was no way to let them accidentally receive it.

Greetings from the Balrogga Empire.

Greetings Grand General Chimaera

I am here to inform you that we have a matter of unfinished business. I have arrived to enforce the G’Than’Dehr we have had between us for too long.

I ask that you come out and take care of this honorably before we end up slagging everything here.

"Odin's eyes! Why do people always use planet killer on my damn watch!"
"I'm here as well now, but yeah, they do seem rather fond of them, don't they. General retreat, any ideas for the buzz-bombs?"
"Kill the bastards?"
"You say that about everything, Hilde!"
"It works," replied Menkeln with mock reproach. Dernels turned back to the communicator.
"Fine by us, just blow the bits with no troops and we'll jackboot the rest."

Fighters, meanwhile, began to launch in staggering numbers from the Boozian battleships, battlecruisers, and carriercruisers. Anything that got through the protective screen would have to deal with CIWS and of course the annoying resiliance of Boozian solid armour. Those who didn't have annoyingly strong point-defence and plating hid behind those who did, and only a few missiles made it through, picking off excorts and scarring larger vessels.

Then the trailerian message was recieved.

"I'm going to assume we're the Galactic Imperium?"
"If so, this is turning into a dogpile. What fun."

The Mandatory Suicide appeared out of T-Space near the front of the battle over New Tarkaan, TCG’s new Homeworld.

The Cassiopeia and two Ecilpse class Super Star Destroyers soon headed for the enemy ship and soon a Messenge was sent.

Sorry, but you will never win this battle.

General Chimarea.

Soon, The Cassiopeia Class Super Star Dreadnought opened Fire with all Four Superlasers. The two Ecilpses did the same. No Ship could survive SIX Superlasers.

Suddenly, a horde of singularity torpedoes rained down upon the two Eclipses, summoned by the SSD Obliterator as it arrived from hyperspace straight into the battlezone. Lady Nightshade grinned with evil malice as the singularities were controlled by the power of the dark side itself, dodging fire with uncanny agility before detonating in howling fury, sucking up anything in their path.

"Now. For my next trick, I will do THIS!" Nightshade roared, flicking a hand to the weapons officers.

A sharp spike in energy generation occurred as the Super Star Destroyer appeared to glow in purple light, before launching dozens of purple beamlaser bolts at the Cassiopeia, mainly focusing on the superlaser turrets before it fired thousands of more ordinary turbolasers at the enemy. Each beam saps the shields of an enemy and can poke holes in the hull itself, pass through a ship and break out of the other side. The Obliterator has finally taught the enemy a lesson, and what a painful lesson it is indeed...

Meanwhile, the Star Destroyers and smaller ships blasted out normal but still devastating green turbolasers at the enemy counterparts while TIE Interceptors roared out to do battle with the enemy starfighters. Indeed, the Empire of Tenetia has joined the battle...

After broadcasting their message to Chimarae’s ship, the vessel noted the maneuvers of The Cassiopeia and two Eclipse destroyers. They changed heading and crawled over to face The Mandatory Suicide. A message was sent from one of them.

Sorry, but you will never win this battle.

General Chimarea.

“Captain, I am detecting a massive power build up in their Super Laser matrixes.”

“Prepare to initiate Swarm when they are ready to fire. Resume control of this vessel when the Avatar Vessel is destroyed and then drop to Real Space.”

“Yes Sir.”

As the three huge vessels fired upon the 120 Meter Destroyer, the ebon craft seemed to disintegrate into a cloud of fire and shrapnel. The energetic pulses continued to flash through the wreckage as it devoured the molecular bonds of the Avatar Vessel.

Suddenly several CW ships flashed into the combat, firing at the three ships, trying to take out their Super Laser Emitters. Purple and Green fire descended upon the Cassiopeia and her two escorts.

“Sir, the Superlasers vaporized The Mandatory Suicide's Avatar vessel.”

“Good, they will think they were successful and ignore us while we bring in the surprise. Meanwhile, position The Mandatory Suicide behind them and cancel the Swarm order. Fire the Cutters at their engines. I want that ship crippled for at least two minutes. Make sure Shields are at Full to accommodate their engine wash.”

The real form of The Mandatory Suicide Emerged within the engine wash. They were completely hidden for the moment except for the immense mass signature of a small sun, common with all Imperial Vessels of The Balrogga Empire.

“Use the schematics we stole from their Nav Computers to locate the weak points of their engines and fire the Cutters.”

“Yes Sir. Target acquired. Firing.”

Two purple beams shot out from the forward arrays, stabbing through the Dimensional Shielding protecting the craft from the immense energy wash. The two beams reached out trying to force their way through anything impeding them. The arrays began to move, directing the beam much the same way a child would use a knife to carve a pumpkin or the proverbial hot knife through butter.

Again the probe carefully repeated the earlier warning to all non-TCG vessels.

Greetings from the Balrogga Empire.

We are here to return something we took from the TCG some time ago and suggest you back off at least two AUs. We cannot be held accountable if you do not comply within the next 90 seconds.

OOC TCG that sheer fire would have destroyed the Cassiopeia as two planetbusters and over 5000 Attack vessels opened fire on one ship that kind of force would destroy most any ship even yours now I will continue on with this but I expect damage to be called or I might have to bring in the Sun Crusher to destroy your ship because resonance torpedoes can destroy ships as well as stars.

Having recieved no further communications, the Patriarch shrugged his enarmored shoulders and casually rotated the spherical command display suspended before him in his sepulchure-esque command matrix. A series of orders were issued to the Matriarchs commanding the Juggernaughts, these orders were relayed down the line until, finally, the entire column of vessels moved foreward, the Juggernaughts at the head of the formation, and the Hiveship bringing up the rear. Sublight drives were engaged and the fleet slowly made it's way to the primary engagement waged over New Tarkaan between Cassiopeian elements, and a motley of other vessels. The Traileric armada gave the engaged fleets a wide berth, not wanting GE vessels to direct fire their way. The battle successfully skirted, the fleet made a hard turn, moving in on the Cassiopeian starboard flank.

As they made their approach, the Juggernaughts, Hiveship, and carriers slowed down dramatically, allowing the smaller frigates and destroyers to engage first. The fifty ships spread out, pairing into frigate-destroyer teams and engaging any ships they happened upon first. The sudden and unexpected presence of such a small and seemingly unreinforced fleet on a relatively unengaged flank may make the average captain laugh..until that captain attempted to properly engage the buggers. The Trailarii had been perfecting their war technologies since time out of mind..and needless to say, that technology was damn intimidating. Utilizing the same technology as used in the "starbuster" weaponry they used on their own planet, distressing spikes of energy erupted seemingly from the surfaces of the ships. Interacting with their opponents shields in the way an ion cannon should, the energy splashed across the face of the Cassiopeian deflector shields in a seemingly harmless fashion. Yet these were not ion cannons of any form, rather the interaction of these beams with the deflector fields started a chain reaction in the tightly bonded particles of said fields, disengaging the force that held their component quarks together, cancelling the strong nuclear force and thusly deactivating the shields.

Well, needless to say this could prove to be a problem for the handful of Cassiopeian ships under fire, for now they were faced down with unidentified vessels with unknown technology, and save for armor plating, they were vulnerable.

The Mandatory Suicide quickly caught up to the fleeing fighters. They were unable to hyper jump out of the area due to the mass reading of the destroyer that was behaving more like a super-agile fighter than a 120 meter destroyer. The G Forces it took were incredible and the turns would have made paste out of a human.

Too bad humans were not aboard to slow the ship down. It would have made things easier for the fighters trying to run away.

The destroyer opened up with a full barrage of Grav Torps, the singularity tipped missiles hungrily seeking their prey. The beam cannons targeted fighters and fired automatically. If any came within range of the point defense, they would find flack fired into their engine intakes as well as lasers aimed at their windows in hopes of crippling the fighters.

The mighty Cutter Beams flashed purple as they swung in arcs attempting to cut the fighters into many pieces.

The hull of the destroyer seemed to ripple with excitement.

Opinions from the others please who have been waiting weeks in some cases for replies: Is this fair?

OOC: You said it just before I could, Bal. I remove my hat to you. Oh, and thanks, 1010102, but in Boozia, the vital differance is that the Generals encourage the troops to commit attrocities!
