Well the Middle way is a good way to phrase it...a Middle way between the Extremes of Chaos/Change and Order/Stagnation. It is evocative of the Way of Daoism and the Way of Shinto. To me as a Buddhist <native coconut> this reminds me of Buddhism's Middle Way.
