Four territories of the Secular Empire of Maraque are calling themselves independent states after nearly 550 years of being a part of the empire.

The territories of Valenasjaski, Valenasjaski Island, Northeast Hamburgh, and Hamburgh Island are all separating. All in a time when the President of the Constitutional Empire has mysteriously gone missing.

The President - whose power was suddenly taken from him when the country returned to a constitutional monarchy last year through referendum - has been resentful of the emperor and has never really liked or agreed with his politcs. He has even gone as far as to approve several national votes to oust the benevolent dictator but has failed by a landslide in all attempts.

Now, the President is missing, and riots have erupted in one of the four territories that are claiming separation. The Emperor believes that the President has insiders who are helping him, and has deployed 500,000 Imperial Guardsmen to the territories that span over 35,000 miles from one another.

Anyone with tips on the whereabouts of these men will recieve $100 million alive, $200 million dead EACH person.

"We've just recieved breaking news.... the NMNS has just recieved an Email from an anonymous source that claims the Emperor will recieve four documents to formally end the imperial rule on the four territories seeking independence.

In the Email it says that if the Emperor doesn't comply within 24 hours of the documents arrival to his office his actions will cause "severe consequences. This is Anibal Basinger reporting."

According to our intelligence the five fugitives were meeting at a discrete location in the province of Ambai with a terrorist group called the Honor Brigade.

Also according to video surveilance we've seemed to notice that all five went to the same bank and withdrew amounts ranging from $15 to $20 million each. We've also attached images and files of the requested information.

"So, now we have some info on the targets, and that they're suppose to be in the Ambai province."
"Yes we do, now then I think this calls for the skills of Red, Black, White, Green and Grey. Blue would be a useful addition as well."

The lead investagator, John Charles, looked out the window.

"Considering these territories are spread out of 35,000 miles, this could be damn near impossible," he said to himself.

"Permission to land granted. Proceed to runway A11."

Maraque, Super City, Tri Towers

An unidentified black Mercedes-Benz S600 pulled into the underground parking garage of the Tri Towers in Super City.

A tall man wearing a black over coat stepped out with a suitcase and proceeded to the stairway. He went up one flight and entered the hallway and went inside one of the bathrooms. There he placed the suitcase and left.

5 minutes later the suitcase exploded killing 61 people and injuring 179.

"Permission to land granted. Proceed to runway A11."

The plane landed and John charles turned on his cell phone. He dialed a number and put it to his ear. He was calling the High Bureau of Investagation, Titawon's federal police force and investagtion unit.

"I need you to set me up with a meeting with someone in Maraque's administration ASAP. I need a rundown on the intellegence. Also, we need tranportation from the airport to a hotel."

He hung up the phone.

An aide walked into his office.

"Excuse me sir, John needs a meeting with Marague's head of investagtion."

"Hello, yes, this is Mark Colstein head of the High Bureau of Investagation in Titawon. I have my top team of investagators sitting in a plane on a tarmac in your country. I need to schedule a briefing meeting for them as soon as possible."

The six members of X arrived by commercial airliner in the Ambai province. Picking up their luggages, they hired three rental cars and headed to an motel where they'd begin getting ready to hunt down the five targets.

He then disconnecrted the line and started dialing another number. He was calling John.

"Hello," John answered.

"Hello, John. How was the flight?"

"Just fine, thank you. Did you talk to them?"

"Yes, I did. They said they have a convoy on the way to get you. They will take you to Ambai Hilton Hotel, where the Vice-President or a top offical will meet you to brief you. I request you set up headquarters at the hotel, so request a suite and two other rooms to house our staff."

"Alright. Do they know how many we have?"

"No, I forgot to tell them. They are a flexible bunch though. Just for my convience though, theres you, four of your aides, and two pilots? For a total of seven?"

"Yes, that is correct."

"Alrighty, John. Good luck. I'll talk to you tonight, once you get your systems online."

"Yes, I will keep you updated. I hope we can help Margue solve this."

John hung up the phone.

"Ok people. They are going to be here soon. Let's get ready to go. start packing things up."

The aides started picking up the laptops and such around the plane. John stepped off the plane onto the tarmac and saw the convoy pull up.

A convoy of three armored Mercedes-Benz GL450 SUVs took the men to the Ambai Hilton Hotel. The driver of the main vehicle called the hotel and booked the private top floor penthouse and two adjoining rooms.

The Vice President arrived 45 minutes later with the top Intelligence Commander at the Ambai Hilton. They were escorted to the penthouse through a secret entrance, and there he and the Intelligence Commander met the investigators.

John's aides had set up headquarters in the penthouse suites and were bringing the sytems online. John phoned back to HBI, to update them.

"Mark..? Ok, good. Were all set up here."

"Good John, we're preparing to recieve your systems"

"They should be up any moment."

"Good, good. Is there anything else you all need?"

"Not at the moment. Oh, look. I need to go. I think the Marque guys are here."

"Ok John. If you need anything just call."

John hung up and answered the door.

"Hello, come on in. I am John Stephens, head investagator for the High Bureau of Investagation, and lead on this case to help you. You are...?"

The two took one of the cars and headed down to the scuz section of the city they happened to be in. Parking the vehicle, the two set out to find a local snitch.

"We recieved the note just about the same time the Tri Towers were attacked. Two hours ago approximately."

"For now we just want to prevent more terrorists attacks to and try and locate some of these cells, although they could be everywhere."

John yelled into the other room.

"Charles pull up the survallence cameras from the Marque Capitol building. We have the password. It's xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx."

Charles pulled up the video feed.

"Sir, you may want to see this."

John ran into the other room. On the copmuter screen was two gaurds tied up and strangled.

"your worst fears have been confirmed gentlemen. It has been infltrated. right here, two gaurds, tied up and dead. I'd get going on those raids. Charles, you and Sam stay here and monitor the feed. Steve, your going to take me and Jim, and Lisa to the Intellegence headqurters so we can interogate the men. Sarah, follow us in a second vechile just in case I have to send you all some where. Shall we be going gentlemen?" John asked the Vice President and intellegence commander.

After finding the local snitch, Grey and Blue began probing for information on both the terror organisation, the Honor Brigade and the men, and doing it in a most un-govermental manner.

Two National Intelligence Agents stormed the first apartment.

The apartment smelled like urine and feces, the floor was full of boxes and other things spread across the entrance. In the various boxes they found rounds of ammo and other things such as needles with an unidentifiable substance inside them. "Hmm, interesting," said the first Agent, Paul Lazzo.

Jesus Tanner, the second Agent went inside the kitchen and immediately looked inside the freezer to see if he could find anything of importance in there. Inside he found a few frozen viles of another unidentifiable substance. "Paul, I found more biological substances."

In the bathroom Paul found blood all over the sink and parts of the floor. "What the hell?" Paul thought to himself, wondering what could have caused that.

Jesus looked inside the living room next and seized a laptop and various documents all over the table. He also snatched a bunch of video equipment and other goods inside the bedroom and they took them to the NIA HQ.

NIA HQ, Ambai

"This way gentlemen. The two suspects are in here waiting," the intelligence commander said to John and his team.

"We found various viles of biological substances in the freezer at the apartment, needles, ammo, video, and some documents that we're examining."

"Let me know what the substances are when you find out, please." John said, before entering the interrogation room.

7 black hawk helicopters flew out of the base in Super City. On the ground, a 12 humvee convoy was driving through the city under the choppers. They were en route to the northern mountains.

We are sorry for the delayed action. We have sent special forces to the north, in an attempt to find the terrorists. If all cause well, we should have them back in chains by the end of the month.

John walked into interagation room #1, which was holding prisoner 1. He sat down at the table and stared intently at the man.

"What's your name?" John asked.

"Jose," he replied.

"Jose what?"

John walked up to the two way mirror and shook his head. He didn't believe him.

"Now, Jose, tell me. Who are you with?"

"No one, I have no clue what you mean."

"I'm sure you do. Who are you working for?"

"I truly have no idea."

John stared at Jose. Jose stared back.

"I told you, I don't know what your talking about."

"Ok, I believe you," John said and continued on,"Jose, where do you live?"

"Southside, you could call it the ghetto."

John eyed Joses wrist. Jose was wearing a dirty long sleave shirt with holes in it. But there was a glint of gold coming from the end of his left cuff.

"I work at the burger place, just around the corner from my house."

John left the room and came back with a bag.

"Now tell me Jose, where does a guy that makes five hundred dollars a week, make enough to buy a gold Rolex, and have this stuffed away in his closet."

John pulled open the bag to reveal, one-hundred thousand dollars. Jose was silent as John left the room. John met the intellegence commander outside the room.

"Well, he's not talking now that I proved he didn't work at the burger joint. He has to be working for them, especially with that kind of cash. I need that money finger printed. Also need to know who the President's inner circle was. Have they disappeared? Try to match their finger prints to that on the money."

"They are going to attack the Super city with biochemical weapons," he gasped,"They have to have more. I know I have no authority, but i would suggest an evacutation if the Super City. Either that, or send your Hazmat teams to the city imediatly, and prepare it for a chemical attack. I'll go question these guys."

As John was walking out of the room, his holster got caught on the door.

"Dam it," he muutered as he pulled free of the doorway.

John walked into Interagation Room 2. Joe was sitting at the table playing with something in his hands. Once he saw John walk in he slipped it into his pocket.

"Hello, Joe Calchino. Yes, that is correct, Joe, I know your real name."

"You don't know my real name, cause thats not it," Joe snarled.

"Oh really? You want to know what else I know? I know you served on the Capitool police force for fifteen years. Milo Valdez was your partner. I know something else, too..."

John leaned over and whispered into Joe's ears.

"You and Milo were more then just friends."

In an instant Joe thrusted out of his chair, pushing John back against the wall. Joe reached into his pocket and pulled out a plastic knife, the one he had been playing with when John entered, as he charged at John. Joe jumped on top off John and took him to the ground. With one hand, john was restraining Joe from stabbing him, with the other he was fumbling with his holster trying to get his pistol out. Immediatly the gaurds rushed into the room.

"We don't have a shoot! We don't have a shoot!" One of them cried out. They knew if they shoot Joe at such a close range, it would go through and hit John too.

"Shoot them, shoot them," John said barely audible because Joe had his other hane around John's neck.

"We can't sir."

The room fell silent and Joe fell limp on top of John. Blood began pooling on the floor. The gaurds rushed over and pulled Joe off the top of John. In John's hand was his nine-millimeter pistol, in the blood pool was an empty shell casing. John had shot Joe in the side of the chest, pentrating through the heart. John slowly got up. One of the gaurds asked him if he was ok.

"I'm fine, just need some air," he replied meakly, obivously shaken up.

John wandered out of the room and down the hall, still in his blood stained shirt.

BREAKING NEWS

The Vice President of the Secular Empire of Maraque has declared Super City a danger zone and has demanded the mandatory evacuation of everyone inside the city limits. All public transport systems will act as evacuation vehicles as well as military personell which will arrive shortly to take everyone south where it is deemed safe. The Vice President wouldn't reveal the details of why this evacuation is taking place, but has said the matter is serious and anyone who doesn't leave will be in sheer danger and will be pulled out by force if needed.

John was standing outside when his phone rang.

"Hello, John?"

"Yes," he replied quitely.

"Are you alright, sound stressed."

"Yah, I'm just dandy."

"Ok, anyways, I see they declared an evacuation of the Super City. Whats this about?"

"Biochemical weapons. We suspect the terriosts are going to use them on the Super City," John replied still sounded bleak.

"Wow, this is bigger then I thought. Well I won't keep you from your work. Keep me updated." And he hung up.

John walked back inside to the vending machines. He knew he needed something, he couldn't decide what...


OOC: Need to go do something, be back in three hours.

The Intel. Commander couldn't believe what just happened. "Who the hell would have thought he'd have a plastic knife on him?" The commander thought.

"Well it looks like we've only got one suspect to interrogate now... lets hope he speaks up. He's our only hope to finding out the whereabouts of the President and the rest of 'em."

John fianly decided what he wanted. A coke. He put his dollar in the machine and grabbed his coke. When he got back to the observation room, evryone looked up at him as he walked through the door.

"Everything's fine, lets get back to work. Commander, I here you put out an evacuation of the Super City. I'm gald you followed my request. Anyways, I'll go back in and see if this guy breaks."

He set down the coke, and walked into Interagation Room 1.

"Oh, before I go in commander. Do you have a picture of the next door neighbor perhaps?

"Oh most certainly." The Commander said, handing John a photo.

John walked back into the room, his blood stained shirt still on. He had forgotten to take it off.

"Well, Milo, where were we? Was it when you were about to willing me tell me where the President is, or where I was going to force you to tell me?"

Milo was still silent. He didn't seem to want to say anything. Of course this gave away to John that he knew exactly where the President was. john held up the photograph of the neighbor.

"Reconginize this fellow? I'm sure you do, you know why? He was your neighbor. He saw you have the meeting with the President and the Freedom Warriors."

John left the room for a bit, and came back with a map in hand. He spread it across the table.

"All you have to do is tell us where he is."

John leaned over the table and loked down at the map. He noticed his shirt was stained with blood.

"See this?" He pointed to his shirt. "This is from your buddy, Joe. He's dead, you will be too if you don't tell us where the President is. Treason, Milo, treason. Just point to the map where he is."

Milo didn't move.

"Just point to the god-damn map Milo!" John lost it, the stress had been building up. He calmed down.

"Milo, you can tell me where he is and I can help you. I can keep you from dying, I can cut you a deal. You have to think about this Milo, treason is punishable by death, all you have to do is tell me where he is. Thats all."

Milo looked up at John.

"Ok," was all he said.

"Ok, good, Milo. Now, where is he?"

"Here," Milo pointed to a tiny village,"Ville Maraque."

Ville Maraque was just on the edge of the mountains.

"Ville Maraque," John repeated, sounding almost astoinished that he said something. John ran out of the room.

"He broke, I got him!" John exclaimed, he was very excited. "Ville Maraque!"

Police chief Thanh Billimek's phone rang...

"Hello?"

"Yes, chief Billimek? This is the Intel. Commander of the National Intelligence Agency requesting a status report on the hostage situation."

"Yes sir, well I've got bad news; they've killed about 12 senators and are threatening to blow up the building if we don't retreat."

"Damnit. Do you have any idea how they got access to the place?"

"Well sir, we believe they might have had someone working with them on the inside, perhaps the guards they killed."

"Okay, thanks. Keep me posted."

John walked back into Interagation Room 1.

"Milo, we need more. We need you to tell us more."

Milo eyed John. "What is more?"

"Other planned attacks, what are there forces like, where are other high ranking officals?"

"Why should I tell you?"

"Now that your not going to get the death penalty, your still facing life in prision."

John thought about it for a moment, he knew what he was about to say was very lienenant.

"If you help us with everything we need..." He sighed. "I think I can get you a full pardon. Now you have to do everything, and you might have to go undercover. But if you tell us one lie, or give away your cover, were coming for you. That means death. So what do you say?"

Milo paused for a moment and thought.

"I'll give you some time to think." And with that John left the room.

"Commander, I just offered him a full pardon..."

"Whatever it takes to make him speak. Luckily for us we're allowed to break our word without repercussion because he isn't getting a pardon."

"Yes, full pardon. No trial or jail time at all." John knew what he was saying was a complete lie.

"Ok then, tell me, where are the Freedom Warriors basing their operations out of? We need to know where they are keeping their bio weapons."

"Ok, if you take the highway five miles past Ville Maraque, there is a dirt road. Follow that until you reach a rickety old barn. Inside the barn there will be a staircase leading down. Thats their secret base."

"Really, now tell me this. What other attacks are they planning? What kind of military do they have?"

"Have they bombed the Tri Towers of the Super City?"

"Yes."

"Ok, well. They are planning on dropping five bombs containing biochemical weapons on the Super City."

"When was this supposed to happen?"

"I dunno...I dunno..."

"Ok, thats it for now."

John walked out of the room. "Thank god we eveucated," he mumbled to himself.

"Interesting stuff you got out of him," the Intel. Commander said to John.

"I'll get an operation staged immediately to find those biological weapons. You should get back to 'base' and see if there has been any activity at the Freedom Warriers HQ or one of the leaders homes. Oh, and it just occured to me... shouldn't we raid the presidential residence just in case?"

"Of course we should raid it, but all so of course you know you don't have to ask me if we should do stuff. You are the commander. Anyways, I'll take my guys and head back to the hotel. I'll call if anything happens. Guys lets roll."

John and his two aides left the room and headed back to their hotel room.

Presidential Residence, Darkaan

"All right team, here's the deal: We're going to go into the mansion and try to obtain any documentation regarding his whereabouts, more attacks, and anything directly or indirectly related to this whole event. You will have to be careful because we don't know what might be inside. Any questions?"

Silence....

"Very well. Go! Go! Go!"

The SWAT team ran inside the building, guns at the ready, prepared for anything... but nothing. They carefully made their way through the mansion to find anything they could... nothing. They checked all eight bathrooms, the living room, entertainment room, ball room, kitchen... nothing. They went upstairs and found a dead maid... they entered the room she was in front of and found pieces of paper all over the floor and other miscelanous things laying around. They searched through the papers but they were all blank. "Interesting," said one of the agents. "Take them in for testing, maybe they used invisible ink."

Meanwhile two other agents went through another bedroom and found a slight hole in the ceiling. "There has to be something up there. One of the agents thought. They peeled part of the ceiling off and it revealed mounds and mounds of cash - nearly $400,000 in all, and a credit card that belonged to the president. "Excellent." Exclaimed one of the agents.

Ville Maraque, Ambai

The Imperial Guard troops headed towards the mountains of Ville Maraque. The Intel. Commander had dispatched MAR-3025 jet fighters into the region to launch bunker buster bombs into the caves nearby to try and force out any potential fugitives that might be hiding inside them.

The soldiers reached the small village at the tip of the mountains, and very stealthly made their way through the small brick houses. "Sir, we've made it. No sign of anyone, yet."

"Excellent, report back when, or if, you find anyone." Said the Intel. Commander.

Meanwhile the credit card found at the Presidents home didn't yield any important results. The last purchase on it was 6 months ago by his wife....

... "HIS WIFE!" Shouted the Intel. Commander. "All this time we've been trying to find the President and not his wife!"

"John! The Presidents wife was in Super City the day of the evacuations. We've got to get her in here for questioning!"

OOC: I'm still here... Bring her in, I'll question her. And I'll soon, yah I know I've been saying that for weeks, organize my military and send a special forces unit.

The Presidents wife was found walking around town outside of Super City. The secret agents approached her.

"Hello Ms. Shulze... how are you?"

"Who are you?" She said.

"That isn't important. What is important is that you must come with us." They said, as they grabbed her and pulled her into the unmarked Mercedes-Benz S600 sedan.

They later arrived at the hotel and brought her up to the penthouse.

"she's all yours. Persaude her any way you can to get her to talk." Agent who didn't identify himself said, while stepping aside.
