Izistan to replace T1A4 Keto with a new, foreign main battle tank design?

Military blogs were abuzz today about a reported deal between Robertson Arms and Zepplin Manufacturers Industries. A Robertson Arms employee, under conditions of anonymity reported that the defense contractor, the largest in Izistan, had acquired the production license for the TR25 Caprelli main battle tank. Reportedly, the Army has been looking for a successor to the venerable T1 series of main battle tanks, as the design has been criticized as too outdated and lacking a active protection system capable of dealing with modern antitank missiles, as well as ammunition storage issues with the large 140mm round.

Later in the day, the War Department issued a statement revealing that the TR25 was to succeed the T1A4 Keto in Izistani service, apparently based off combat with Gerfaanlichian forces in the colonies. The statement also mentioned that production for the Caprelli would begin as soon as possible, and that it would replace the Keto's in service within five years, with the T1A4 being withdrawn to reserve formations. Apparently the deal cost a undisclosed amount of money, but out analysts say that the license has likely cost Robertson Arms around 3.5 billion IMU's (the exact amount has not been released).
