OCC: This is open to anyone.

This is a suspense thriller set in Washington D.C. It revolves around the mysterious death of a senator. But, this death is only the beginning of a trail of danger, betrayal, and drama with plenty of plot twists. The rabbit hole runs deep. This death will trigger a string of events which will shock the nation to the core. A conspiracy which runs through every shadow in the capitol. As a secret group of men plot something unimagineable to further their own secret agenda. They move like shadows and follow every person of importcance. Will this conspiracy be discovered in time? Or will the conspirators succeed in their plot?

OCC: This is gonna be a complex rp. I will play the lead figure in the conspircay and possibly an FBI agent. There wil also need to be people who will work as the FBI and possibly other agencies. Also, other conspirators, and several senators. Any suggestions would be nice. it's pretty complex.

History: Chris has been working for the FBI for severalk years. He's an expert on forensics and investigative work. Intelligent, strongs, agile, quick witted he's a valuable asset to the FBI. All his life he'd wanted to be in law enforcement. his father was a police officer and Chris has fulfilled his dream. He's married with a young son. He enjoys his work and believes he's doing some good for the country and will do anything to protect it, he's very patriotic. Though, he likes a drink from time to time.

History: A former military man Viktor was involved in Desert Storm and ended up a POW for several months. During an attempt the rescue him Viktor managed to escape by himself, he would never tell what he did to get out but people assume it was gruesome due to his several charges of intense interigation methods when he came back to the states and became a police officer. In 1997 He became one of the yongest detectives on the force and soon quite to become a FBI agent in 1999. His former rank in the military as a colonel got him in good with the FBI director in his sector, as him being a former military as well. Viktor had a desk job up until 2001 after the 9/11 attacks and ended up on an undercover team investigating the case over seas inside the Al Quida as members. The team returned to the states in 2004 resulting in six Al Quida leader arrests and the release of several U.S. military POW's. Now he works souly as a field agent on jobs in Washington D.C. after his transfer, he is apart of a team investigating a drug organization in downtown D.C.

Weapon: Due to his sensitive position as an UN undercover agent, Murdoch is not permitted to carry a firearm, and is limited to a number of knives, daggers, and a stranglecord concealed about his person.
Attire: Apron and chef's hat.
History (duh): With the US's recent cowboy politics, the UN security counsel, (minus the US, and without the US's knowledge) agreed that a certain amount of unofficial oversight was called for. The result is Murdoch, and several others like him, who go about their business, but report to the UN.

I like it, my character I'm sure can learn from him.

History: Michael was born in a small Virginian Suburb outside of Norfolk in 1974 to a British immigrant Father and a second Generation Italian Mother. He was an average grade student throughout High School and College, and soon after school really had no passion. At the age of 23, he decided to enlist in the Marine Corps. He served in the Marines for the next 6 years, retiring from the Military at the rank Master Sergeant. He returned home to find that his mother had died of Breast Cancer, and his dad moved back to the United Kingdom with reasons that 'He couldn't bear living in the states, it reminded him too much of Arianna, Michael's Mother.'. His father attempted to get his son to move to the United Kingdom, but Michael rejected. He decided to return to Law School for two years, and during those two years he was intrigued by a job offer in the FBI. A Law School friend of his told him that the FBI were recruiting new Field Agents, and Michael decided to take him up on his offer to join with him. He and his friend, Hugh, both joined the FBI. They were put in the same Sting Team, but one day Hugh was met with tragedy. During an undercover Sting Operation, Hugh was caught in the middle of a gun battle. Michael was unable to save him, being that he was shot in the head at a long distance. Michael was able to evacuate with Hugh's body, but when Hugh was retrieved by an FBI Ambulance he was declared dead. That was 7 months ago, and Michael still works with the FBI still as a Field Agent. Who knows what the world has left in store for him...

Well, maybe if we could speak on what will exactly happen then sure. The FBI is fun, because they work alongside with the Police ( Well, more like against but with Police resources ) and...hmm not sure how to word it. The NSA is like the CIA, but extremely secretive. Infact, no one really knew the NSA existed until XXX came out ( the first one ). But the NSA is mostly for overseas things, thus the phone taps. ( Really, I'd like to say they only tapped into overseas callings but I'm not one to spoil a good RP with a debate ). Another thing too is that I'm not sure many people would pick the NSA and play as them realistically, so I think I'll remain FBI and if the RP kicks with a good start and if I havn't done anything major-like then I'll try to transition. If I were to now, it would mostly be because we have so many damn FBI Agents in this RP already...lol.

Or I could be a Terrorist, pending on what the storyline will be about...or I'll keep Michael instead of dumping him for a terrorist character, and have two characters...sorry, I'm just ranting now :-P.

He was rewarded last year when he blew the lid off of a Congress corruption scandle involving two senators, a state representitive, and one of the nation's largest tobacco firms.
Partly to work on a book, and partly because Washington wasn't the safest place for him to be, Dom took a couple months off. Now things in the Capitol City are stirring again, and Dominic has returned, fedora on his head, and notebook in hand.

That is a great character! He will be valuable to this rp. A truth seeking reporter searches for how deep the rabbit whole goes, I love it :D

Public History: Initially thought to be a crime boss, the character known as 'Xenocide' existance was brought up through various terrorists mentioning him on their cell phones. Although the exactly who he is is unknown, he is believed to be an arms dealer.
Conspiratorial History: Xenocide keeps his true identity hidden from the conspirators, he does attend the meetings, but always wears a gas mask and a cap to cover his head features. He even wears gloves and long socks to hide whether he is white or black. The only reason he is on the conspiracy's council is because his numerous contacts with criminal, terrorist, and mercernary organisations can get the conspirators most of what they need rather painlessely.

Going threw college he got out when 20 years old. Once out of college had Mathematics, Computer Programming, Engineering, and language skills to become a Cryptanalysis. The NSA recruited him and Armstrong joined.

2. play both people..and yes, i believe i could keep it separate.

One thing is know, 10 years ago something happened that changed his outlook on the world and the US Government. He is not openly hostile towards anything, he often comes across as quite a friendly man but he never lets anyone get to close to him.

I'm writing up a newspaper report, but one question, what were Cross's political views? That's bound to come up in the paper. All you say is that he's outspoken. But about what?

Just so that everyone knows. There is a different president in this rp. His name is Allen Cunningham. Cross, was opposed to a piece of legislation which would give huge tax breaks to corporations. He was beginning to get the supoort of other senators in the senate. That's the one thing that made him outspoken.
