The city of Scherbgrad, on the Red river, the deepest and widest river in the NSSR, is now opwn. The city is about 60 degress farenheit all year round. The city was bombed in a war and it has been compltly rebuilt. It has a fast and efficent public transportation system. Scherbgrad is on the border with Benlandngdo and Good Happiness, so it is a good city for commuters. Scherbgrad is home to the NSSR Towers, the tallest buildings in the NSSR with 150 floors each. There are four towers, each with 10,000 square feet on each floor. The NSSR has a good, stable economy which makes it good for busines.

NSSR Towers:

$1,000 per square foot, 10,000 square feet per floor.
