Find a case or fake a case where the band somehow influenced someone to do something bad. Then you sue them.

Ahh. The parents got into this.

I'm sure with lyrics like that, it would not be hard to casually ban the band without too many people noticing? The lyrics are bad so if worse comes to worse, you can easily get your government to sue them into bankruptcy.
