GovGen' of T.L.N. (Goverment Genetics) has achieved a great deal of breakthroughs in genetic research. We are willing to share and looking for partners.

Since we dont show a great deal of interest in international affairs we better explain ourselves. Our small 36 million population is extremely highly trained and consists an incredible number of scientists and mental patients, both are funded generously by goverment. The laws in T.L.N. are written to improve culture and science, so no scientific research is ever stopped by goverment. If you become our partners in science you can enjoy the privilages too, since its in our lands, our laws apply and you dont have to pass any laws in your country. Since we know close minded people dont and wont easily accept such things.
Lets go over it again, We are willing to have research partners in various research branches. We have no ethic problems about science, our labs are fully goverment funded and protected in both equipment and privacy. Our partnership can be both open to public or secret as you wish. We will share our achievments in clonning extinct kinds, work on retro-viruses etc for your own achievments in both genetic and other sciences. But we mostly need advanced computer technology and more supercomputers, more funding than our small population allows from our partners.

ooc: The events in my country are mostly taking place in between 1960-2010. No super science fictions or godmodding thingies, I dont mean to engineer a super virus and take over world or create supersoldiers. Although most research made can be used by other countries to further improve many things.
Just plain possibilities of where could have science been in a stable part of world that minds its own business. Its mostly like todays scientific achievments are done with less powerful but more numerous computers and scientists unstopped by goverment. T.L.N. is achieving those breakthroughs 20-30 years earlier.
