After days of voting, the NSSR Parliament has decided to create one chemical weapons factory and one biological weapons factory. We have started production. We have built these for defense, if any nation attacks us, we will use the weapons on them. This is not a threat, and we dont intend to use them anytime soon.
After a few weeks of production, and our country is stocked up, we will begin to sell these weapons.
Again, just to clarify, this is not a threat and we dont intend to attack any nations.

Chemical and Biological weapons for sale now!
Please not that the NSSR does not take any liabilty for death or injury after the weapons are bought.
Anthrax: Symptoms are: sore throat, mild fever, and muscle aches. Death occurs about 2 to 5 days after inhalation.
Cost: $10,000 per 100ml
Sarin gas: Symptons are: blurred vision, chest tightness, nausea, vomiting, convulsion, heart rate fluctuations, loss of consciousness, seizure, eventual paralysis and death. Death can occur 2 to 15 minutes to exposure.
Cost: $1,000,000 per 50ml. WARNING: EXTREMELY DANGEROUS!

When I post IC, I am in the mindset of my national leader and not thinking in my normal mindset. My current leader is slightly parinoid and disapproves of nations selling WMD's so thats how I post.

You really have to know that since your country seems fairly new you'll have probably an older nation out there popping in and out fixing your stuff. At least, from what I've seen.
