Spiritu's nation wide power provider FCS or Full-Spectrum Electronics which owned 97% of all gas-stations has now recently made the conversion from Oil & Fossil Fuels and gasses to Ethanol, squeaky clean, nearly as efficient and great as it is much much cheaper to produce. The public has taken this with open arms as much of the current cars were already Gas-Ethanol/Electric hybrids. Cheap while being rabidly efficient despite that, large Nuclear power plants have been built around the country destroying the old Fossil Fuel plants as well making way for the squeaky clean Nuke plants. Which will produce nearly triple the current wattage for much, much cheaper. Last the Glass Mirror has finished production in which it is a fifty mile, by twenty mile solar panel which beams it's insane amount of energy collected to satellites in orbit around NS though the use of Micro-Waves which in turn all beam back to power-plants and other remote places where there isn't a water source nearby for a Nuclear Power planta. The nation as a whole is much pleased and is now leasing energy to other Nations as it is producing an extreme amount of excess energy, even with military consumption.

The microwave idea is a bit weird! Yeah I know what the posts online say but it lacks a certain...internal sense to it. Microwave ovens work by exciting water particles. Not to nit pick but what do you suppose will happen when you decide to beam down several GW of energy through our atmosphere? You know the clouds and stuff.:p

We saw your early troubles with the other more established NSers...just because you are older or bigger does not mean you are smart. A lot of education/traing will not cover up the lack of talent. If you check my posts you'll see the pot calling the kettle black. I would suggest you look into a space elevator...a cable would be somewhat safer. You are invited to our joint research with our other young allies.

I tend to pick fights, I admit that. Though despite the fact that I do start them the insults never come unprovolked and of course they didn't act condecending me me as I will not to them.

As for the 'Space Elevator' I'll look into it. =)

OOC: Just for the record, American Privateer (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=470811) sells Space Elevators. Some other people probably do to, but I don't know for sure.

Yup we have some allies that are concentrating on the Bio-Fuel route! It makes alot of sense to grow your own energy. The develoment of largly rural third worlders as energy barons tickles me pink. Nuclear reactors have their place on the grid...until all our cool godling designs comes online; we are probably going to be stuck with them.

As to the space elevator. American Privateers are pretty good. I'm working on them but haven't bothered to sell them if you are interested send me telegram.

still a space based microwave weapon would be pretty nifty. You don't have to deal with particle beams pushing your platform around. The beam ought to fry or at least heat up uncomfortably anything below it.

lol. you know you could adapt it and turn it into a terraforming tool...I'm stealing this great idea.:p knowledge has a tendency of spreading :p

OOC: Microwave energy has to be a certain frequency to be disruptive to life, because it is non-ionizing radiation so causing cancer is probably not possible. Some frequencies vibrate water and boil people, my favorite one is how Tesla made wireless electricity, induce current in any conductive metal, perfect for turning an enemy fleet into a useless shard of metal.

Also I don't believe as a May 2006 nation, without puppet wanking that you can pull off building all of this.

I dont think its so bad. they aren't building any of the FT stuff right now. They are for RP purposes. A little creative tinkering won't hurt anyone. besides noone really really restricts themselves to the limitation of the NS game engine! do they? it is silly to do so if they do. It is a game! Just gotta remember to be nice and remind yourself that sometimes. LOL by you I really mean me!
