OOC/Planning The Hunt For Ehzno

All right, this is an idea springing from an earlier RP of mine, A New Sect Emerges (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=482587). For those not willing to read it, Ehzno formed a radical Sect/cult, which resulted in several weeks of intense warfare, resulting in over a thousand Aesonic deaths (including both sides), increased tensions between myself and Jaredcohenia, and the temporary hijacking of RGA.
Ehzno escaped with a handful of die-hards after the sect fell apart. Now he's being searched for, both by myself and probably JC. I need a country whose willing to knowingly or unknowingly provide a refuge for him. Special forces will probably be deployed to bring him in.
Any takers?

Terrain...let's see. It's a peninsular nation, three-sided water, big bay in the middle of the peninsula (I'll try for a map soon). Mountains border the continental division, but the ocean is varied in borders. The North and South oceanic areas are cliffed and rocky, like Normandy and Omaha beach. The Western beaches, the only gradual sloping border, are calmer and sandy, and give entry into the main bay. The entire Eastern Quadrant of the country is mountainous followed by a sloping desert valley, but the main other areas are tropical or temperate, sometimes with rainforests intermingled (the capital city, Amazonia, is surrounded by grassy, humid plains).
