Kanami

AP-A new cartoon published in several news papers and magazines around the world, and in many Kanami news papers and magazines, is causing a stir on both sides. The cartoon depects a man standing on top of a land mass, with a sash around him with the words GENOCIDE printed on it, with one other land mass stander saying "We have to stop them!" And three others saying "Why, they have Sovereignty. The cartoon is a thought on how much the world sticks up for tyrants, all in the name of Sovereignty.

It isn't known how the rest of the world will react to the cartoon.

The Parkus Empire

Parkus is divided on this point. Thought the Emperor is a Dictator, and sovereignty, he allowed the comic. As people in his country are intitled to their own opinions; as he was not oppressive.

AP-So far cartoon reaction has been mixed. Many popular TV Shows are airing in to joke with the Cartoon, or on the cartoon. News programs and potlitcal anylasyis shows say the cartoon definatly depeicts Kanami's frustration with the world, in the way it often condones thoes that abridge human rights. "While exadurated," One analysists says, "It's ment to show, the grim possibility that nations will not race to stop mass genocide, all because a nation has sovereignty. And when a nation does something that is grossly abridging the human rights of others, there are one or two nations that condem it, but 3 or more that condone it, in the name of sovereignty."
