The empire is displeased by such a thing, but yet the empire will not break any diplomatic relations with your nation and will only severely if one of the empresses has a child by a family member of close blood. Yet, we will send a fruit basket as a marriage, if they both love each other, is still a marriage.
A fruit basket is a nice gift. Also, we do not know whether a child from one of close blood will be born, it any child will be, it will not be from a family member but from a nobleman or something.

In this case, when they're both females and therefore the risk of getting retarded children that had to be exterminated doesn't exists, it's even more so. I can hardly find any reason for complaining in this situation.
