the Fifth Trader Fleet is in your vicinity at the moment and has recieved clearance to assist you in the restoration of your capital. please state radiation state and the extent of the damage suffered. what is the main type of assistance is required?? we have engineer and construction crews readied for landing and just need clearance. limited assistance can be given within your capital, but if wounded or radiation exposed victims can be transported to our vessels, medical assistance can be readily and easily given.

We are deploying 2,000 medical technicians along with emergency medical supplies to aid in treatment of burns and radiation exposure. A $10 million dollar aid package has just been wired. Please tell us about the nature of these terrorists, and how they obtained a nuclear missile.

We will send 1,000 paramedics to your city. Also we will help to rebuild your public transportation.

We are going to introduce some radiococcus radiodurans bacteria into the area of the explosion. These bacteria will eat the radioactive material then die, their bodies will excrete much of the uranium in collectible form. It will still be radioactive but it will be in a kind of a powdery slime. We will send in men to collect the slime in barrels in heavy ABC suits. They will systematically spray the area with the bacteria in a liquid matrix, then collect it as it dies. We will also spray a few other bacteria genetically designed to partially degrade the isotopes, firmicutes and actinobacteria so the radiation will not be as strong so the people can work in the area. Tracked heavily shielded trucks will carry in the people to do this job, as well as spray some of the area. We will also dump large amounts of liquid from the air. It will take a while to do this properly. We may have to bulldoze many of the buildings in the area to make it susceptible to remediation.

My country covers a period of between 1930-2500 so far. This would be low PMT.
