Earth III is here so why dont you grab some land if you werent invovled in Earth I or Earth II. (If you already have land in Earth I or II plz dont claim land in Earth II)
Earth II will be past tech (like 1860's), the golden age of warfare.
Land claims will work like so: If you population is 10 million then you can claim 10,000 sq miles of land.
New-Lexington claims the following territory:
Texas, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, Tennessee, Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky, Florida, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Deleware, Washington, DC, The Bahamas, and Cuba.

So, according to my calculations, I can claim 6,200,000sq miles of land, correct? Im assuming that you meant that for every 10 million citizens you got 10,000 miles of land.
If so, I will claim the area occupied by present day Russia. Its a bit larger than 6,200,000 square miles, but not a lot, plus most of it occupies area nobody would want to claim anyway.
